The steps themself are pretty good quality, thick metal. The hardware that came with it is absolute garbage. Two of the nuts stripped out before I can get even get them fully tight do yourself a favor and source your own hardware before assembling this. Also My order did not come with any grip tape for the steps in there's no way to contact the seller after sale. ... show more

    • Worth the price and easily installed.
Steps fit well and were easy to install. The only complaint I had was I wish the hand rail was slightly longer than the one provided. Unit is steady and the coating seems sufficient to last a while.

    • Crappy hardware
There's no way this product is 500 lb the frame itself is good but the hardware is crap. Mine did not come with the non-slip and there is no way to contact and you have to mount it on the right side for the handle to work
