So this was a little nerve wracking being an almost $700 purchase with no reviews and being a brand new item and also feeling nervous about other reviews on other products of theirs (a lot of people saying product came damaged and impossible to return such a large item), but I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it and new I had to have it. Everything came perfectly intact, nothing was damaged and this was of excellent quality. I really am shocked and pleasantly surprised! 10/10 I promise you won’t regret it. So far the only thing I wish was different, was that they offered the matching nightstands to be available or even give a date when they will be available but I cannot find them anywhere on their store on Amazon. I really hope they release the matching nightstands because I am thoroughly impressed with the quality for the cost. If y’all could let me know when the nightstands will be available I would really appreciate it! Side note, the only thing I find a little odd is the width is a little larger than the mattress itself so you can see the slats on one side (as pictured in my second picture) ... show more

The product itself was fine, and it actually ended up coming 12 days early, however when the delivery people were on their way, they texted me only that they were delivering something to my house and didn't say who they were or what they were delivering or that the scheduled delivery time and date had changed. Luckily I just happened to be home, but they were very cryptic and frankly creepy. It sucks because I really love the bedframe but the experience was terrible and I probably won't be ordering from this company anymore ... show more
