It’s very sturdy it looks beautiful. I only had two downsides to it – one was that it was delivered twice in damaged shape by the third time it did come intact. Maybe thicker packaging would’ve made a difference I don’t know. There are better ways to assemble bullet in the secrets of a bed for the photos. There is a metal beam down the center of it. That should be the first thing you assemble, because that will hold up the headboard while assembling the sides. They have some ridiculous method of lay the Footboard on its face, putting on the side boards on there with no screws in it and somehow tipping it over which is stupid because it will break off the dowels. Look at the instructions I knew that would be flawed so I did it my way. And I didn’t have these balancing act issues ... show more

I bought this bed frame in January of 2023, its now October and most of it is broken. Its a very pretty bed frame. I’ve purchased a few other bed frames from amazon and this one is the most expensive and the worst. It has ruined two-thousand dollar mattresses. We are both 25 with back pain because of this bed frame. The slats are incredibly weak and caused the mattresses to wear in in the middle of our respective sides. We had to replace the slats with plywood. A little while after replacing the slats, one of the boards completely snapped. We now have to buy even more wood to replace this broken piece. Only purchase if you’d like to replace broken wood every few months and buy a new mattresses every time you start getting back pain again. ... show more
