I am getting into golf... my brother is an avid golfer... I bought 2 of these so we could walk the course instead of going in a cart. For our 1st 18 holes, I walked 10 miles and he only had to walk six. Something about straight lines and all... Anyway, we both loved our new Caddy! We had zero issues going up and down hills and kept the pace of play with no problem! I had to spray paint the cooler black to be a little more incognito with my beverages. The remote is great to use on the straightaways, but if you are doing a lot of turning (like me) you will want to use the thumb dial more. The front wheel is stationary, so if you are in the rough (like me), turning isn't that easy. My brother was always on the fairway and had no issues turning. The seat was a home run! We are big guys and it held us up with no problem... our first time out, we used it quite a bit! On our next outing, my brother forgot his seat and remote control... he used the thumbwheel the entire time and actually preferred it over the remote for the most part. I think we like a balance of using the remote and the thumbwheel. We charged in between our days of golf and had no issues with battery life. I also used the built-in USB port to charge my phone... I'm running the Arccos Caddie app and Amazon Music, so I needed the extra juice. The handle has a great little area to attach your towels or anything on a D-Clip. I put a JBL portable speaker on it and it was great to listen to music the entire time. This is a must for anyone that is looking to walk the courses! On a side note - my cooler had a defective latch... I called the number that came in the handbook and Tim answered! He is the builder-inventor. I told him the problem and he sent me a new cooler, which came in two days. Great customer service!

Does not like uneven surfaces, does not like remote control, does not like hills (no brake control), does not like to turn but when it does it rotates on its own, flipping over and spilling your bag and clubs. But, it’s built to crash and survive. I highly do not recommend 🤬

Phenomenal product with phenomenal customer service. I used my cart for 3/4 of the season last year and when I went out to play this year on the very first hole, the cart stopped working after my tee shot. It lost all power, tried unplugging it and plugging it back in to reset it, to no avail. played the second hole and left the golf course. I contacted customer service. And was surprised that the the owner Tim answered. and he gave me a few suggestions on how to alleviate the issue when those issues didn’t work. Tim sent me a new battery. We tried that that didn’t work. so to rectify the situation. Tim sent out a brand new cart for me and I had to send him back the old one. Extremely happy with the customer Service of this company, and absolutely love my Super E Caddy! If you are looking for a remote Control cart, Give Super E Caddy a go! Thank you Tim! Donnie H

I bought this electric cart for my husband and I am glad I did. It was very easy to put together. It's very heavy and sturdy. He loves the cooler. He plays a great deal of golf and has used it approximately seven times since I purchased the cart. The remote works efficiently. I think he is getting about100 yards out of it which is unbelievable. Also the cart has two boarder's and two motors which makes it a very powerful equipment. I am very pleased with the purchase of the cart. Thank you I will definite refer to my acquaintance of my great purchase.

I like this caddy a lot , however one axle broke on me and I can’t use it until it’s fixed ( hard to get help for that) and it broke in less than six months. Not to happy!

purchased this for my partner as a birthday gift as she is a serious golfer. The cart has a complete mind of its own not responding correctly to commands via the remote control. In looking through the manual, three is no information on the company. No phone number, email or any way to contact the company, Very surprised that Amazon would allow such a bad product to be sold on It's site. I am very disappointed. This cart was almost $1300.00.

cart arrived quickly nd was easy to put together. remote is working up to 100 yards but iam scared to go furthur with it. i am pretty happy with this cart it is more stable than my old bat caddy and i really like the cooler. although the cooler could be larger for my taste, i am a large guy so i bent the seat post, u need to make sure u go straight upo and down on the seat. seat has good storage overall a decent purchase
