The structure of the case is built sturdy and solid. Looks good and is grippy on both sides (as in it won’t slide around on a smooth surface if laying down). Those are a few key important things I look for in a phone case. Aside from that...... The past few days I’ve been fighting my phone all day at work trying to make phone calls, controlling audio volume, and doing simple tasks such as trying to wake/lock my phone screen by pressing the phones side buttons. The case itself has time little hard rubber button cushions that rests in between the case and the phone in order to reach the actual side buttons when pressed in, but for some reason I have to use a ton of hand strength just to lock or wake the phone screen. The tiny button cushions on the case don’t line up with the actual phone buttons, OR the rubber is so hard that it requires strength to push it possibly... It’s been driving me crazy and I didn’t even last a full week with the case on. It was such a relief to take it the hell off 😂. If you don’t use your phone often at all, and are constantly dropping your phone like a wet bar of soap, this one is definitely made for you! *EDIT* I forgot to mention how the tempered glass didn’t fit correctly with the case. It wasn’t a huge deal or cause me from not being able to use phone functions at least. Importantly, when driving it was impossible for me to flip the charging port cover open to connect the phone charger. I had to wait for a red light to force it open using both hands and full concentration. That was a HUGE no for me! I have normal trimmed short finger nails and I could not open it with 1 hand to save my life. I really wanted to like this phone case but definitely gonna keep it for an absolute last case option for if ever in need of a case. ... show more

I was so excited when I first put this cover on my phone that I threw all the packaging away thinking it was perfect. It cover and protects the phone well, but it is very hard something impossible to press any side buttons ( volume, take pictures, etc). Also, Siri kept activating itself. I left it on to give a chance but got aggravated that switched to my old case. Now I’m stuck with this case because I won’t even give it away. ... show more

I bought this case for my iPhone X but firstly lemme jus say the color was very nice. Why I’m giving it 2 stars is because the rubber piece that’s supposed to go inside the case doesn’t have an opening for the side button where u can mute and unmute the phone. And besides that snag with the case it’s almost too small . You literally have to force the phone to get in the case and still it doesn’t want to fit and that’s without the inner rubber piece. I can’t use this case it just doesn’t work for me. ... show more

I loved the colors of this case, however, the rubber doesn't stay snug on the hard part of the case. After having this case on for one week, my phone dropped and my screen cracked. I have had my iPhone X for over 2 years now. Now I have to get my screen fixed even though I had the case and the glass screen protector. Lets talk about the glass protector. It fit on my phone perfectly fine but started to lift at one corner after a week of having it on. I cleaned my screen with everything they sent. Nope, don't buy it. I read reviews about the buttons not working and figured people put it together the wrong way, because all the other reviews were so good. It is actually two separate phone cases, and a screen protector. The easy slip on (black) case is not as durable as the second colored one, that may be what users are reviewing. The thick colored case is so thick that you are unable to push any of your volume buttons or the side button.
