Knock’s off pollen baskets

I like these
I like these. A lot of my bee keeping friends don't want to use them because they have always used something else. But I like them. I will say if one of the hives has a large number of bees, this can slow them down a bit and cause a traffic jam. For the most part though, it works great. I can easily close and open when needed. The bees will kind of cement them in place, so you have to check every once in awhile to make sure the doors are still loose. Easily installed and easily removed if needed. ... show more

Robber screens work!
These work well to help protect your hives from robber bees. They also can be used as mouse guards during the winter. The two door entryway is clever as you can have both open for more ventilation and access for the bees to come and go or if they're being robbed you can close both doors and open one then close the other and keep opening and closing alternating doors to confuse the robber bees. The hive bees find their way in through the open doors. So it's a win win. Fox the robber bees while letting your hive bees outsmart them and guard their honey and hive effectively. ... show more
