I purchased this set earlier this year to start my seeds for my garden. I had another version of this from a different seller and this set was my favorite to use. The lights clicked into place in the lids and the lids seemed to stay on these containers (unlike the other version). I also like that the lid was taller than the lids on the other sets and it allowed the light to diffuse over the entire seed tray instead of focusing it on just the seeds directly below the light. The quality seems to be good and I am looking forward to being able to reuse the set next spring.

I've purchased several of these little seed starter trays. Most are not worth the labor effort to use. They are poor quaility and don't produce. THESE lights and domes are well made, full spectrum light, easy setup, nice controler with options, and cables are nice and heavy .. long too! It self watering also the others usually don't. Great product!

5 of the 6 domes are fine and working as should. 1 of them shorts out the rest of them, it cannot be used. I had already planted my seeds and am not willing lose them to send the item back.

It keeps the soil consistently moist without me having to check on it constantly. The grow light provides just the right amount of illumination, and my seedlings sprouted faster than usual. Germination rate was also faster. This kit is a must have for everyone looking for the best way to build on. Note: This was also very easy to set up. Would make a great gift. Amazing quickly got me a new one sent out... however 1 week into using it the lights stopped working. 3 stars because that actual containers are WONDERFUL! Just slightly annoying that i had to get out my larger plant light to finish my starter seeds.
