I wish I had done this years ago. My well-used ceramic top stove really needed a lift--and I needed more workspace. This top is heavy, very nice, and well-made. You do need a place to set it when you are cooking, that's the only downside. I highly recommend.

Love the color of this. Was worried it wouldn’t be dark enough but looks lighter in photos. I didn’t use the handle nor screws provided. We have extra handles from our kitchen reno that I used so it will match the rest of the kitchen. Planning on using it as a coffee table on the ottoman when we have guests. We have an over the oven microwave and I am constantly cleaning the oven top sometimes before I can even use it even though I wipe it down daily. We have kids and we use the microwave daily. Going to help with not having to do that as much and will make cleaning easier. We have a glass oven top so you have to use a razor blade to clean it. The board is substantial. Almost oversized for our stove but heavy as real wood. I love it! One small imperfection on the top but not enough for me to return. Definitely feel like the price for this was worth it.

Very attractive wood. Kind of heavy to lift, but then it would (no pun intended) be! But then, I'm no spring chicken and I have back issues, so there you go! I would like to suggest that the manufacturer enclose a couple of extra screws for the handles, as I dropped one on the floor, can't find it, and tried to get some at Lowes'. I got what looked like the same size, but the board is picky and wants the original ones, so now I have to be extra careful with it. Oh well.............

I purchased in late Sept 2024 and 3 1/2 months later Jan 2025, the cutting board is bowing/warping and coming apart. It is a beautiful piece of wood but is now wrecked because of the unfortunate bowing and separating. One of the reviews I read prior to purchasing mentioned warping but I thought it was possibly a "one off" situation, but I believe it's overall a QC issue. It was useful and looked great in my kitchen but unfortunately I cannot recommend this product. Too bad I've missed the return window.
