What is not to like? Built in redundancy with the two units, separate batteries, expandable and 240V option where needed. Like for me, a well pump. Got a great deal on Prime Day, will get more batteries when I can afford them. Even support was quick as it was delivered when I was out of town, did not find my 240V adapter and they were quick to respond. Tiny home living, RV and off grid living and any other home power backup I need. I will update review if needed down the road but from all of my research this is a heavy duty option that is going to meet my needs. Packaging was solid, I am amazed it arrived intact. Heavy but expected due to the product and what it is and does. Also, did not know someone in Africa now got some electric assistance from my purchase, that was nice.

Perfect for off grid living. I suggest to have 4 b300s for max battery. I used this set up with 4 batteries and hooked up 2 travel trailers .

Do NOT buy anything Bluetti. When you buy a product, you are buying a brand’s promise of customer service. It’s an integral part of being a consumer, the ability to quickly find a resolution in the event the product doesn’t perform as advertised. Bluetti’s customer service is nonexistent. I own numerous Bluetti products, purchased most in 2022-2023 while setting up an RV. I own several; AC500, B300s, PV420, PS70, and more. Several occasions have found me needing customer service. After over a year of ownership of multiple components, I’d advise anyone considering ANY Bluetti product to avoid this brand. I’m in for a penny, in for a pound because I believed Bluetti when they stated they were expanding customer service (on indiegogo forum). I’ve invested far too much to give up…BUT I can warn every consumer to STAY AWAY FROM BLUETTI. Without question, there will be gremlins with your new system or components. You will need customer service at least once, more than likely more. Over the past 18 months I’ve contacted Bluetti for at least 6 issues, with only 2 being resolved. FOUR have been ignored or dismissed. Before I committed to Bluetti, I reached out to the company, sharing my concerns of past reviews of poor customer service. Bluetti assured me the days of horrible customer service were behind them. Blew smoke up my keister. Think about when you need and/or use Bluetti products. Most frequently when another power source has failed, or you’re going off grid. In other words “emergencies and vacations.” Most likely your component is needing a quick resolve because you need power immediately. Literally the nature of the products they sell; layperson plug-n-play power solutions. Hear me now, heed my warning; IT IS LESS PAINFUL TO REPEATEDLY RAM YOUR HEAD INTO A WALL THAN IT IS TO GET EFFECTIVE BLUETTI CUSTOMER SERVICE. On 12/22/23 I called, apped, and emailed, Bluetti about my AC500, despite me contacting Bluetti several times since, they’ve literally attempted to contact me ZERO times. It’s 27 days later, and still no response. Better yet, I’ve an open ticket from September 2023, all I need is a CORRECT and VALID return mailing label. Yet despite countless attempts to get another label, Bluetti has failed to respond. That’s over 120 days ago. If I hadn’t spent so much money it would be laughable. I can’t escape the large amount invested in Bluetti, but I can warn every other consumer considering Bluetti to find another product. With my particular needs, EcoFlow was comparable, while more expensive, I’d gladly pay more at this point. Currently I own several very expensive bricks. Shiny. New. Flawed. AVOID BLUETTI. Avoid the many headaches dealing with this lackluster company. BLUETTI’S CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST.
