I received the BLUETTI AC200P a few days ago, 4/20/2021 with 3 BLUETTI SP200 200w solar panels. So far so good. The highest I seen on charge wattage is 480w with the 3 panels. Being in south Louisiana, I will need to try to get a lower angle than the 45 degrees that the kickstand gives you. Easily ran my TV, satellite receiver, CPAP and charged my iPhone Apple Watch and e-cigarettes overnight. Ran down to about 30%. Pointing my panels southeast to catch the morning sun, battery was back to 100% by 10:30 am. The reason I ordered this, is mainly backup power. Last year we were hit by 2 hurricanes in a month. I was without power for around 18 days. (Used around 300 gallons of gasoline). This year we had rolling blackouts with the winter weather. This thing will come in handy. During a hurricane there is no way to run a generator with 140mph winds. Can’t put it on the back patio it would blow away, plus the driving ran. Can’t run it in the garage because of carbon monoxide. Besides my garage door blew in anyway. With this bluetti I will be able to run my tv and satellite receiver to be able to get weather updates. ( at least until your satellite dish blows away which mine did). So, have a backup antenna to get local news. Also be able to run my refrigerator until the the storm passes and able to pull out the generator. I am going to use it to supplement my generator. Where hopefully I won’t have to run it 24 hours a day. If you ever have to tend 8500watt Portable generator 24/7 it’s a lot of work. Fueling it up, changing oil every few days. (Well, if you want it to last any amount of time, many generator were burned up because no maintenance. It will be handy during short blackouts. Wouldn’t have to pull out the generator. I am also a amateur radio operator. I ordered the 12v/25amp plug to run my radios. I will try to remember to give a update when I get this going. Update: 5/4/2021 Well, this is very disappointing. Got home today from work and was going to charge my phone and portable charger and the unit would not turn on. Contacted the seller through Amazon. Haven’t decided if I will just ask for a refund or a exchange. That’s a lot of money spent for something that stops working in 2 weeks. Will update this review when I hear from the seller. Like I said very disappointed Update 5/11/2021 After Troubleshooting with the help of Maxoak service department it was determined I needed a replacement. I sent it back on 5/7/2012. Maxoak Customer service was more than helpful. No problem to exchange. They sent me a FedEx return mail label making it painless to return. As of now, I am waiting on my replacement AC200P. I will put it through it paces when I receive it and give a update. ... show more

OK, it isn’t easy to pick up, so move it once and leave it P. No the touchscreen doesn’t have a great visibility in the sun, I use a towel or my hand and I could see the input and output fine. No it isn’t cheap, but it’s worth every damn penny.. I’ve been in the desert for three weeks using it pretty much daily, if the wind isn’t blowing or isn’t going to blow I leave it up all night so I just have to rearrange it in the morning moving it from south to east. The wind has come up and knocked the panels face forward and backwards, after freaking out and repositioning them, I took a semi cloth and lightly dusted in the same direction the nine wafers Per panel. There are 4 9 wafer panels per 200 W. Last week I had one of the wafers get a crinkle in it kind of like a keloid appearing after surgery. The panel worked fine for about three days then the crinkle became tarnished and the voltage went to 6.4. I called Bluetti in Las Vegas. Fortunately I was in Pahrump an hour and 15 minutes away. I spoke to Eileen. She told me if I wanted to come by they would swap me out as long as I could provide proof of purchase. I drove there I walked in the office she was on the phone she acknowledged me and asked me to have a seat. I sat down, about 30 seconds later a gentleman came out apparently he knew my tale of woe he took the panel from me went out into the back warehouse came back within a minute and said here you go walk me to the door and said we like keeping up customers happy! That made me very very very happy and I will continue to give Bluetti my business and broadcast to the world that their customer service is the way it should be. They were professional, friendly, concerned, and very very giving. So not only do they have a great product they have great customer service to back it up. I choose this generator for emergency backup power primarily because I don't want to bother with the noise of a gasoline generator and the hassles of gasoline storage or a bunch of propane tanks. I also had in mind viability if there was some kind of long-term disruption to fuel supplies, and even stealth (not particularly wanting to alert the world to our possession of a generator). Paranoid? Yeh, maybe. But I would have chosen this solution on its merits anyway. My main concern was keeping our refrigerator running during prolonged outages, the internet and phone, and perhaps a light or two. I was worried about the power consumption. I'm happy to report that a full charge ran the fridge for almost 24 hours. We could easily extend that by running the fridge 1/3 time or so. With the 3x 200 watt solar panels, recharge time was under five hours in full sun. That might be a problem if the weather isn't great, but here in California, the multi-day power shutoffs generally occur in hot weather. One important and extremely helpful feature is the ability to provide power while charging! It would be a real problem if we had to go without power while charging the batteries. I had not really thought about this, so I'm very glad I didn't make the mistake of buying something that didn't have this feature. My only complaint is the screen is virtually impossible to read in sunlight. I just threw a shirt over my head when I needed to check on things, so no super problem there. Oh ... and a much longer cable for the solar panels is a must. I bought a 30' extension so now I'm good. I can have the unit inside and optionally powering things while charging. Perfect! All in all the size, portability, and recharge time is a great balance. More capacity would mean longer recharge time or more panels, more weight, and less portability. I feel great that we have this, and even can take it with us if needed. ... show more
