This headset is very comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. I had a cheaper headset that I used to wear that worked okay, but it always gave me headaches after wearing it for too long. That's not the case at all with this one. The ear cup is soft and padded, and the headband is adjustable and doesn't put too much pressure on my skull. The sound quality is also great. The headset produces clear and balanced audio that makes everything sound so much clearer and richer than my computer's speakers do. This wireless headset also has a few other features I appreciate. It has a built-in microphone mute button, which is great for when you need to take a quick break from a conversation. When you raise the mouthpiece up, it mutes automatically, which is nice. The headset also has a long battery life, which means that I can use it for hours on end without having to worry about it running out of power. ***Update*** Customer service reached out and confirmed I received a defective unit. They promptly shipped a replacement and I am beyond THRILLED to report this one works beautifully 😍 No interference reported on any of my calls thus far, long-lasting charge for a full 8 hr shift of back-to-back calls. This is EXACTLY what I was hoping for!!! I can now walk around and still take my calls. Fantastic clarity and muting option works as advertised. Prompts to the seller for resolving my issue! Now I don't need to waste more time searching for a new headset that meets all my needs. Guys! This! Is! It!!! Original post This headset was a true disaster. First the pros: more comfortable than my corded set, I can hear calls well on my end and actually supports multiple device connectivity. My work consists of being on calls almost the full 8hr work day. My calls are monitored and reviewed for quality purposes at all times. I bought this headset after reading the many positive reviews on this set and on the older version (double ear cup) design. Didn't think it would cost me my rating. Well... there wasn't a single call I made while using this device when a patient, adjustor or provider didn't mention that I sounded far away or muffled. The interference with this headset has been so consistently awful I had to remove it mid shift and go back to my corded set. Troubleshooting and all, it never once made it through a call without a negative remark from the person on the other end of the line.

This is a great headset. It connected easily and has been very comfortable to wear. The battery life is good and I only need to charge it every couple of days. The microphone does a good job of eliminating background noise so the caller only hears me. I also like the mute function on the microphone. I think the price is great and recommend it to others.

The technology behind this headset is pretty good to amazing for the price... the sound is great, the signal range is better than most and it stays connected the majority of the time. The battery lasts give or take 8 hrs, less if you receive calls constantly. I work 4-10 hrs shifts so it rarely makes it to the end of the day. That being said... The ear cushion is made of super cheap faux leather that makes your ear so hot it feels like its burning. The only time I've ever experienced anything like this was with a pair of headphones from 5 n below that had similar cushions. I wish there was a way to remove or change the cover but its not, making the headset pretty useless. I only use them when I absolutely have to and then switch back to my old pair as soon as I'm at my desk again. If you have any sort of sensitivity for your ears, don't bother.

It's nice and comfortable, I hate that the phone does not ring through the headset before answering as I am not always somewhere I can hear my office phone. I also don't really love the auto answer feature.
