I’m pretty hard to impress. Especially with cheaper electronics and printers of any kind I’ve had issues with. So far after a week I’ve used this successfully every time. I was pretty skeptical of the investment but this saves me so many headaches compared to my old inkjet and no more wasted tape to stick on labels. One trick I found was open the printer and slide in the paper till you just see the tip of actual label stick out when you look down at the machine. Shut the lid and it will be pretty centered when it prints on the label it’s self. I haven’t had much luck with the auto calibration when you feed it in but that seemed to work just fine doing it the way I explained. Make sure it’s very straight other than that it works great. The app is pretty straight forward people complaining about that just aren’t very tech savvy. It’s really handy alls you have to do is save the label load it in the app flip the machine on and go. I really wanted to love this label printer, but I have to say, Bluetooth just isn’t cutting it for me in this context. I’m not sure if another brand could implement it better, but in my experience, Bluetooth creates more headaches than anything. That said, when it comes to printing, this printer does a phenomenal job. It’s incredibly fast—actually, surprisingly so. The first few test labels I printed caught me off guard with their speed, and that hasn’t changed. If you have a way to stay consistently connected (via Bluetooth or USB), it’s truly an excellent printer, and I think you’ll really enjoy it. I don’t want to fault this printer specifically for my frustration with Bluetooth—it just adds an extra layer of complication and requires yet another app. However, once connected, I haven’t had any issues with losing the connection. Aesthetically, I really like the design. It looks professional and would fit seamlessly in any home or office setting. The last label printer I had was aqua blue and white, so this one being more neutral, gray and black, is a very welcomed change. All in all, if you’re already comfortable using Bluetooth to print labels, I definitely recommend this one for the price. I had been eyeing these printers for a while. This came to a price I felt comfortable with so I bought it. First, set up instructions are clunky. The videos on the website don’t match up with what you need, despite picking the right model. Secondly, they say to email them and they’ll respond. They didn’t. That really upset me as we’re going on 5 business days and nothing but a “We’ll respond as soon as possible”, and yes, I checked spam. Thirdly, and most importantly, when I finally got it set up, it looked nice and impressive when it printed. Here’s the issue - went to FedEx and they couldn’t scan the barcode on the label on either of the packages I printed labels for. So, he punched in the tracking numbers manually and had to reprint the labels on his end. Kind of frustrated and likely returning this thing. Wouldn’t recommend it as the frustration that I experienced and lack of support makes me question the quality of the product. The software the comes with this is too complicated to use. Printing a label shouldn’t require you to have tons of confusing editing features (without a simple cropping tool!). I’ve gone through probably 50 labels just to get one to print right. I’ll stick to printing on paper until I can find a less complicated solution. ... show more
