I used a small Motorola boom headset for more years than I can mention and loved it but it wore out and they "upgraded" the model so something that didn't work as well so I started my search for something to replace it. I tried several different ones and returned them all. Either they weren't comfortable or had alot of background noise or I couldn't hear well. Finally after reading the reviews and seeing this one was one of Amazon's Choice items I decided to try again and I sure am glad I did. The sound is nice, the fit is comfortable, no one reports background noise and it works well with Google Assistant. It checked off all my want boxes including the battery life. I only have to charge it every few days. Great little product.

Quality sound transmit and Receive. Ear piece comfortable. The color green is muted but in support of Irish Rugby, Irish fut bol etc I just go with it. Case is good. Charging good. Long duration use. My test with a helper notes: Using phone speaker (iPhone) was louder for 2nd party The device was softer for transmit but clearer quality. For me using the device I could hear better and was more private. I prefer the device to the speaker.

I knew this had good reviews, but I'm pretty impressed with this headset. Pros: - you can wear it in either ear - you can have it connected to more than 1 device - I have it connected to my phone and my work computer so I can play music at the office and work without disturbing anyone. When I join a teams call, the music from my phone stops and I can hear and speak with my team without manually switching bluetooth connections. This is probably my favorite feature of this headset. - small, light, and fits well over the ear - clear audio (99% of the time) and Good mic Cons: - some programs on the computer (like teams) sound choppy from time to time. Unsure if that's an earpiece issue or audio issue on other users side - hard to know when to charge the device Overall, I'd heavily recommend this product for its mad value at a reasonable price point.

Having used numerous Bluetooth headsets over the years, including my longtime favorite, the Plantronics Voyager 5200, I decided to try out this model after misplacing mine. After nearly a month of intermittent testing, here's my experience: Sound Quality (Incoming): The in-ear design delivers good volume, though it doesn't match the clarity of high-end earbuds like Beats or Apple (or even Anker's Soundcore). It's more comparable to the budget Bluetooth earbuds we all have. Keep in mind, these sit inside your ear, requiring more regular cleaning (I use retainer cleaning tablets). It's worth noting it's designed for the right ear only, which wasn't clear to me when purchasing. Sound Quality (Outgoing): Unfortunately, the outgoing sound quality is quite bad. My first phone call was to my brother, I asked him how the quality was and he immediately responded "bad." I then ran a test where I called someone in the next room and blindly switching between the phone (Pixel 7 Pro), speakerphone, my Plantronics 5200 (which I found). And this. This was BY FAR the worst, worse than speakerphone. They said it sounded like I was in a tunnel. Noise Cancellation: There's virtually no noise cancellation, so finding a quiet environment for calls is essential if you want the other party to hear you clearly. Battery Life: On a positive note, the battery life is exceptional, one of the best I've encountered in this price range. The included charging case ensures I never run out of battery even during a weekend trip without access to a charger. Seller Support: I contacted the seller shortly after receiving the product to inquire about its performance, suspecting I might have received a faulty unit. They promptly responded with some troubleshooting tips but they didn't work. They then sent another right away! WOW!!! Conclusion: Ultimately, I've decided to keep this headset. It serves as a reliable backup kept in my car, but my daily driver is nicer so I won't rely on it. I will DEFINITELY buy from this company/seller again as I trust that they will stand behind their product.
