I've had this boom mic headset for over seven months now and it has not disappointed. My lifestyle requires a more handsfree approach and I've found that this particular style of headset offers a better experience when talking on my phone--which I do plenty of. The charging case is actually compact and I can put the entire headset in my pocket or bag if necessary. The headset itself is truly lightweight on my ear and often times I find myself not even being aware I am wearing it. The AI voice features works well in informing me when my phone is connected and when it is not, and when calls are coming in or the battery is low. I charge holds well on the headset as I get about 8 to 10 hours of actual talk time consistently before charging. The case displays the percentage of charging time remaining and that helps a lot. One thing I found is that I had to switch the rubber ear tip out before finding the right fit for the shape of my ear. I keep extra tip pieces around for this reason. With clear sound, no distortion, AI voice features, and intuitive touch features this headset has performed well these past few months so I suspect it's going to last a good while.

I have bought this Bluetooth headset twice (I lost the first one but really like the product so replaced with same product). It has amazing clarity with effective noise cancellation. Bluetooth connectivity is quick and simple. Alternating between devices takes less than 30 seconds. The headset is well-engineered with good microphone performance and works effectively. It is an extremely comfortable fit and I forget I am wearing it half the time; and I wear earrings and glasses! It is of great value for the price. The battery life lasts up to a full day's use. The only issue I have is that unless the case is flat and not being moved or touched, the headset does not charge well. I found that I have to set it flat, insert the headpiece into the case (shuffling it around to fit perfectly), wait for the charging bars to activate, close the case gently, then not touch it for a few hours in order for it to stay charging (4 hours charges at 100%). But that could be solved with a better cushioned/form fitting case. Otherwise, love the headset and have not found one I prefer over it.

I’ve tried several Bluetooth headsets over the years, but this one easily stands out. The sound quality is excellent—calls are crystal clear on both ends, even when I’m walking outside or near traffic. The noise cancellation really works, and I’ve had multiple people comment on how much better I sound compared to my previous headsets. With so many states having "hands-free" driving laws, I bought this to give me hands free access to calls during my driving. IT WORKS GREAT! Many of my trips are over three hours, and the earpiece itself lasts that long. Not to mention the case is a charger, so if the case is charged, you can charge the device back up for the return trip. As a bonus, I often drive older vehicles for work, and many don't have good bluetooth connectivity. So with this I'm able to listen to podcasts, hear my GPS talk to me, and make and receive calls. As soon as I started using it, my coworkers and friends said they didn't even know I was in a car. It reduced the volume of the background noise so well and added clarity to my calls. It doesn't fit perfectly for my ear, but it's good enough, and it works well. Highly recommend.
