I own approximately 7 to 9 earpieces at any given time. I have used Plantronics, Samsung, Motorola, Jabra, and many other name brand earpieces since 2002. Surprisingly, this is my favorite by far. It is incredibly clear. My clients can hear and understand me clearly and vice versa. Background noise is completely blocked out. After talking all day and falling asleep while playing music for roughly 8 to 9 hours, I still had 50% battery usage left. My clients can still hear me clearly even when the battery is down to 0 to 1%. Range is 33 feet. The design is very sleek, comfortable, and easy-to-use. The over the earpiece rotates a full 360 degrees. It comes in a neat carrying case that I used to carry my four other earpieces that I have not used since this one arrived. I am very pleased with this earpiece. Update: It's been 2 years and my earpiece is still going strong. I've dropped it multiple times. My pet has chewed on it, just a bit, and it still works. The battery has not diminished in that time. I use it for long trips. I'm still extremely happy with my purchase. Update 2023: Product still works great. It has been bruised and battered but still works. I have tried to update my earpieces with a more discreet ear design, Bose, Samsung buds, other lesser known buds. I've only had this for a few months but it does everything it says. It's been working great. The sound quality is clear and nice. Battery life has been good as well; would last me two days without charging if I just use it here and there. Charges pretty fast too so can't complain. I have had the Marnana Bluetooth earpiece for seven days, and it has worked well so far. The light is red when charging and turns blue when full. A fully charged earpiece lasts five days with about 3 to 3.5 hours of talk time a day. I used it until it said, “battery low,” which is about 10 percent of power left. A full charge took about two hours. The sound is clear but lacks bass, and as one reviewer said, “It sounds as if I’m listening with a tin can from a long distance.” It is not suitable for listening to music. While talking on the phone, the sound sometimes was chatty; I could not hear what the other people were saying, and then the sound became clear again. The phone was in my hand, not far away from the earpiece. As for noise canceling, I am not sure how well it works. Other people could hear the wind blows when I was in my backyard on a windy day. I used the clear color ear tip and ear hook. The ear tip fits snuggly in my ear. This one does not have a funnel tip that goes into my ear canal, allowing me to hear the surrounding sound while I am on the phone. The ear hook is semi-rigid, making it easy to put on the ear one-handed. The earpiece is slightly bigger and heavier than my older SEED Bluetooth earpiece. I felt uncomfortable after wearing it for more than two hours. Overall, for $26.99, this Marnana Bluetooth earpiece is a good one. I like it. It comes with three ear tips and two hooks. It fits well; has long battery life; sounds good for phone calls; I wish the sound has more bass. It paired with my Samsung cell phone easily. I hope it lasts long. ... show more

I purchased this BT earpiece to replace a Plantronics BT that finally stopped charging for my mother. The pairing of the device with her phone was straightforward. This was very nice as she can often times be technologically challenged and I serve as her personal tech-assistant and she did not need any help from me to pair the device with her phone. The sound quality is okay though it does seem to pick up a lot more of the background noise around the user during calls than her previous Plantronics BT. The biggest complaint both she and I have, is that there is no clear indication of whether the device is ON or OFF; the light does comes on (briefly) when powering it on and then it goes out. The main button functions for multiple purposes: On/Off, Answer/Hang-up, Pairing, etc.. So for my 75yo mother who might forget when she takes the earpiece out of her ear to turn it off, then puts it in her purse and a new phone call comes in, she thinks something is wrong with her phone since she can't hear anything as the BT connection is still active in her purse. (Now I admit that is user error but a clear indication light might help her know it is still on.) Additionally, when powering on the device, there is simply a musical series of ascending tones (descending tones at power off) with no indication of how much battery life it has -- all my previous experience with BT earpieces have given an indication of approximate hours remaining on the battery when initially turned on. Given these two complaints -- lack of clear on/off and battery life -- I will be continuing to search out a replacement for this Marnana BT; one with a separate on/off switch at least. ... show more
