When only one side plays music. When you can' t use the two earbuds together. When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues. Usually you just need put both earbuds into charging case, then take them out, both earbuds will automatically get paired with each other successfully, if still not workable for you ,please kindly reset them. How to reset the earbuds? Step 1: Deactivate the Bluetooth setting of all devices nearby the earbuds. Step 2: Pick up two earbuds from charging case, the earbuds will power on automatically. Step 3: Turn off both earbuds manually. Step 4: Long-press 10 seconds on the button of one earbud until the earbud led indicator flash 5 times quickly (If you wear the earbud, you will hear voice prompt "DI DI DI" ), then the earbud will power off, that means resetting finished. Step 5: Repeat step 4 to reset another earbud. Friendly Reminder : Please Charge the charging case at least one time every week. If the charging case over-release power, when we plug the charging cable, we find the led display won't show immediately. Please keep waiting 15 minutes , the led display will show later. After using a period of time, the earbuds don't charge or even can't turn on because of oxidized magnet connector, you can handle this problem by using alcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on earbuds and charging case.

    • FINALLY! Found the BEST EARBUDS!!!!!
First off.. I am a musician and an extreme audiophile. So sound from ANY device, has to be as perfect as possible.. and that means.. smooth silky highs.. with strong assertive lows. I've been through DOZENS and DOZENS of wireless earbuds.. trying to find the BEST possible solution.. always having to sacrifice something for something... good sound for comfort... comfort for ease of use... etc. These earbuds CHECK ALL MY MARKS! I am officially blown away.. as when I bought these.. I was understandably skeptical. But I was wrong. These guys DO IT. Let me try to delineate just how incredible these earbuds are: 1. Remember that thing you have to do... with other earbuds.. PUSH THEM DEEP IN until the point of discomfort in order to get FULL BASS? Not with THESE guys. Their design was ingenious.. instead of pushing or pulling.. you simply give them a slight turn while on your ear.. kind of like a screw.. you turn it a little and they go deeper.. comfortably.. gradually... turn it the other way... they pull out.. gently and gradually. Amazing! And they are very comfortable when in. With all my other buds.. after a while, my ears would start to get sore on the inside. (they have additional earpieces in case you need a different size). 2. Remember having to MEMORIZE how many presses to raise or lower the volume... or how many presses to skip forward or backwards? NOT WITH THESE GUYS! They ingeniously designed it so that any button operations on the RIGHT earbud... do one thing.. while the button on the LEFT side does the opposite. Want to lower the volume? Press the LEFT earbud button twice. Want to skip to the next song, press and hold the RIGHT earbud button. Could not be simpler. Again, amazing! 3. The case, as is commonplace.. charges the earbuds.. but this case has a DIGITAL DISPLAY on the outside that not only tells you how much power is left in the CASE battery.. but also signals when it's charging both earbuds inside.. and whether or not they are fully charged. No ambiguity or worries whether or not your earbuds are ready for us. 4. The case also has a PASS THROUGH USB PORT! (WHAAT?>?!?) THAT'S RIGHT.. you don't lose a USB connection when charging your earbuds.. BUT EVEN MORE AMAZING.. that USB passthrough also serves as a way for you to CHARGE YOUR PHONE if you're out.. and your phone's battery dies.. and you have your earbuds with you... BOOM, you can charge your phone right from your earbud case. Seriously. WHATT???!? Yes. 5. They are WATERPROOF... and while I most likely won't be testing that out.. it's good to know that it's a feature in case I need it. 6. The case charge seems to be immense.. as I've used the buds now 3 days in a row.. and the case still reads at 94% charge. I gotta say.. I'm VERY happy I took a chance on these... These ear pods come packed like an Apple product! The “clips” behind the ears are a silicone material; very soft and comfortable, holding the pods close to your ears so they don’t fall out. There is something about my ears that ear pods without clips fall out easily. Pairing was simple and fast on my Samsung Galaxy. The sound is very good. I’m hearing tidbits in music I don’t remember hearing before. Answering and ending calls is simple. Voices can be heard extremely clear, and my voice was easily heard by the caller. The seller should have included in the listing that you can wirelessly charge the case! Very nice freebie. The case has two ports: 1 for charging the case (cable included) and one for using the case as a battery to charge your phone or other device. I can’t address the waterproof aspect. The description on Amazon cryptically says “enc. noise reduction”. These are not active noise cancelling, but you shouldn’t expect them to be at this price. They do seal the ear canal well, which reduces outside noise. Overall, very nice, full function, comfortable EarPods that won’t fall out. Yes, I recommend these. ... show more

I use earbuds daily in construction environments and performing lawn care tasks. I have used other earbud models manufactured by this company and decided to try this new upgraded model. The company never fails to impress. The Stator earbuds provide some of the highest quality sounds that I have found in mid-priced earbuds. The volume level is more than adequate to use in loud environments. The earbuds come ready to go out of the case. The case is the charger. The earbuds have been used for music, playing constantly for more than 7 hrs. with battery life remaining. Once the earbuds are returned to the case, they completely recharge. Great for long days. They sync for excellent stereo sound, or, a single earbud can be used independently. All functions are conducted through use of the center button on each earbud. On/Off, Volume Up/Down, Next song Next/Last, all performed with various taps on the center control. They do an excellent job of cancelling outside noise. Call quality is clear on both ends. The only con is the case is slightly larger than some of the other models. Not a dealbreaker by any means. The case is solid with a large digital display indicating the charge status. I have a tendency to misplace small items. I will be keeping up with these!!! I will be ordering additional sets for a couple of friends and a backup for myself. If you are looking for high quality sound while on a low budget -- look no further. I have had much more expensive earbuds that don't hold a candle to these!! It is nice to get a quality product at a reasonable price. P.S. The case uses a C-type port to charge the case, but it also has a USB port to charge a phone or power another devices. The media could not be loaded. Great set of buds. Fits comfortably over my ears, but fits snugly inside. Paired very easily with my Android, and it's been over a week since I charged it. Holds remarkable battery life. Without thinking about it, I set it on my wireless charger and watched it begin to charge! Had one issue with it, but an email to customer service fixed it in less than a day. I like the size of the charger case as well, hard to misplace.
