Bought this for a recent trip. The luggage held up well. 4 flights, no issues. The zippers work well, I used the middle size suitcase for a week lon trip. The packing bags are fantastic. The soft sided carry-on bag is perfect and the airline (a major carrier in the US) let me carry it and my laptop bag even on a very full flight. (I did not use the small hardsided case for this trip) It was medium full and still fit under the seat w my laptop bag. I was able to fit my neck pillow, a sweater, and my purse in it as well as snacks, my kindle and phone and didn't have to extend it open. The checked case has no scratches or dents or issues and they were throwing the luggage onto the conveyor on one flight. The personal bag was what I expected, nothing fancy, just a bag dedicated to air travel. The suitcase looked excellent and was made with higher grade material. Hard but still looked nice. The media could not be loaded. Good for rolling on tile or cement, hard to roll on carpet if over 40lb, even if it’s the real flat hard carpet. Any traction isn’t ready and would have liked it to be a b it more sturdy. The zipper sewing popped on me. Yes the bag was fully packed but I was able to zip it… after one trip it had a couple of scratches but I’m not concerned about them. ... show more
