Great product. Great quality. Probably size down. Got a small for my almost 13 pound dog and it was too large even at the tightest adjustment. Has plenty of room to adjust larger so probably Go with the smaller size if in between two sizes.

I ordered a blue and a pink collar and that’s what I got. I got a medium for my cavalier King Charles spaniel he’s on the thicker side weighs about 25lbs. For my teddy bear (bichon/shitzu) I got her size small she weighs about 13lbs. Both fit great
