Our Ladybug Puppy 🐞 You will never know how much this collar means to us. We have been locked up with this pandemic for weeks and one night our dog, Chili, went into anaphylactic and septic shock. We rushed her to the pet emergency hospital and they were fully booked as well as every other hospital in San Diego. We finally found a pet hospital in Sorrento Valley. They told us that if we had not brought her in that night she would not have made it. She spent the next few days in the ICU, and on top of the allergic reaction she had endured, we were notified of a rare heart condition that she has. She was finally well enough to come home. We got home, stepped out of our car, and we saw a bright red ladybug rock on our front yard. We did not think much of it other than it was a cute rock. A couple of days later, we had to take our dog back to the Emergency hospital to have more tests done because her glucose levels were very low. My daughters and I were all in the car crying thinking that we might be receiving bad news soon. At that moment a red lady bug flew into our car and landed on my daughters leg. We then looked up the meaning of a ladybug and it symbolizes good luck and happiness! We took this as a sign that everything was going to be all right. We got to bring her home! That night my daughter decided to play a video game and the first thing that appeared on the screen was a ladybug in the game. Our dog now has this ladybug collar because of all this and she has been doing so well! This collar is great quality and we cannot be happier with it thank you! ... show more

I was looking for a collar that would have a very strong clasp because we have a young Malinois who pulls very hard. I love the bright ladybug pattern and the sturdiness of the collar/clasp. I believe it will last a long time. The only reason I gave it 3 stars for durability, is the size adjuster slips with a certain amount of ease on the patterned ribbon so we do have to tighten it often. Once she is more fully grown, I can sew it down to stop moving. After a few days, the ribbon was already showing snags and pulls and other collars we've purchased in the past have not done this so quickly. But, I love the bright pattern, the price was decent and so will deal with it and probably buy again in the future. ... show more
