While installing the pool, a storm came and bent the wall and made a mess of the plastic clips that hold bottom rails together. I’ve never been more frustrated and after professional grading, a pool purchase, I’m left with a pool I can’t put up and a very expensive sand pit. Assurian nor Amazon can help me. My children are beyond disappointed and I’ve spent entirely too much money for nothing. The instructions for this pool do not contain enough detail. There is no contact information listed for the item so technical questions can not be asked. Even the limited warrantee does not have any contact information - only a PO box. The company appears to be based in Japan so there is no way to contact them. When I tried to contact Amazon they directed me to Home Depot! Home depot customer service was a lot more helpful but they still could not find any contact information. I do not recommend this pool for anyone installing it themselves. ... show more

This is possibly the hardest pool I've ever put together. Nothing locks together. Every is just a slip fit until you get to the vertical pillars. Which means things are constantly shifting and pulling apart especially once you try to take a 400lb side wall, unroll it, and then somehow get it into the bottom rail. And if you have a sand floor that bottom rail will constantly have sand in it making it that much harder. It took us 8 people to get the wall placed into the bottom rail. By the time that was done all of the compacting and leveling of the sand floor was trashed. Every step of this pool installation is a pain. But the bright side is if you need Customer service they are great. Look for a pool with individual side walls and not rolled steel. ... show more

My kids love the pool, but the reason for the low rating is the instructions suck. The ladder is very unstable and very unsafe. My 7 and 8 year old can not climb the ladder without some holding it down. No instructions for the skimmer or pump.

The pool takes several days to put up. Shipping was horrible! Didn't take long to arrive at the delivery company but took the delivery company almost 2 weeks to deliver it. One excuse after another.
