After taking 1 capsule before bed one night, I could not pull myself out of bed in the morning. The exhaustion was debilitating. Not realizing it could be from the snake liver oil, I continued taking 1 capsule before bed for 4 or 5 more days. Each morning, same feeling. I actually slept through an entire weekend and that's when I realized this was not just typical "i needed to catch up on sleep" exhaustion. I'd never been this "dead" for lack of better terms ever in my life. I stopped taking it for 2 weeks, resumed my normal level of sleepiness. So I tried to take this again, thinking maybe something else had been going on (like extra stress or a little virus that I didn't notice my body was dealing with), but no. Same experience all over again. Aside from this sheer exhaustion, like I was mentally and physically in molasses, I didn't experience anything else. No change in dreaming, memory - nothing. So, maybe the reactions are different for every person, and that is just my personal testimony with it. I did switch to this from Nordic Naturals Omega-3 with DHA which I know is different but never gave me any issues. So who knows, but I won't be buying this again. ... show more

After 30 days I have noticeably better recall in my short term memory and am remembering things I normally would not. Examples: remembering an old schoolmates name. I’m 51 and have the worst ability to remember names. I came across a woman today I was only acquaintances with and recalled her name almost immediately. This has NEVER been the case for me and could be embarrassing at times. Remembering where I left objects is also improved and I am noticing that I can recall places I have been in my timeline, perhaps making it easier to recall where I leave my phone, glasses etc. I’m excited to come to ur taking this supplement and hope to continue to see improvement, especially in memory and vitamin supplementation. ... show more

My stepdad tried these pills and he started throwing up really bad. My mom stopped giving them to him and then she was going to start again later to see if they reacted the same. After that, I started taking them as well and didn’t think about it at all but I have been feeling nauseous and a few times I have gotten so dizzy I felt like I was going to fall backwards. Plus the taste is horrible, I have to swallow them with a big gulp of milk just to get it down. I’ve had burps that are fishy tasting as well. I have noticed I’ve had some dreams that I can even remember later. Nothing too vivid. I was reading some other reviews on here about their pills being rancid. I posted a picture of the color of mine and I’m wondering if they are rancid or if they are fine. I don’t really want to cut one open so I can smell it. So for anybody else that has thrown up, does it go away over time. I haven’t gotten the diarrhea the other people have talked about. Just the dizziness and I had read somebody else saying they got vertigo really bad. The only reason I’m writing this review is because I have noticed a change in going to the bathroom, but right now I just started feeling nauseous and Lynd over the sink and when I gagged, the only thing that came out was fish oil even though I had eaten breakfast and took all my other supplements. I bought this supplement for decalcification of my pineal gland and it's too soon to know if it works or not. However, when I take one with an evening meal I noticed that I was able to fall asleep more quickly. It tastes and smells horrible so I keep it in the fridge, however, if I eat a bite of something, especially a fat like butter or coconut oil before I take it, it seems to help to prevent the lingering taste in my mouth of the skate liver oil. I didn't really expect it to taste or smell good since it's fish liver, so I'll continue to take it for it's medicinal properties. ... show more
