I have been a hairdresser for 23 years, and recently my professional salon dryer was on the fritz. After weeks of searching, I discovered that there are these new types of dryers, but I wasn’t sold on the idea, so I thought I would try this one out, knowing that if I didn’t like it I could return it. I have not picked up my old blow dryer once since this one came. It is super lightweight, dries the hair faster, and the noise it creates it WAY LESS, which makes it much easier to talk to my clients during a blowout. The attachments are easy to use and it comes with lots of goodies that make travel super easy! I’ve been a stylist for about 40 years. Shoulders starting to hurt. Most dryers that are powerfull are heavy. I was looking for a dryer that was light but powerful and this was a gift to me! Drying time in half. I believe I’ve sold between my clients and coworkers over 20 dryers in my short time of using this dryer!!! I do 10-15 clients a day and this dryer for the past year hadn’t failed me so for a home client it would probably last years. Everyone that has purchased this dryer has been so happy with their purchase. Btw. Bought this for my birthday in late August and it died in early January, less than 5 months later. It only blows cold air at full speed, so it's now an expensive and useless miniature fan or another item for the landfill. Love my new hair dryer for so many reasons. Powerful for when I want it to be. Love the hot, medium, and cool settings. It’s light weight compared to my 10-15 year old hair dryer I was previously using. (Didn’t realize how heavy my old one was) I haven’t been able to use the travel bag yet for traveling but Im sure the travel case will be fine when I go away. I like it for the fact it’s quiet. (Again I never realized how loud my old hair dryer was). I only used the diffuser and the comb once to try it out, and it was fine, (I just normally don’t use those items). Haven’t tried the glove or the micro towel. So if your in the market for a new hair dryer, I would highly recommend this one. ... show more
