The adjustable sound level is Great and has a wide range. The price is unbelievable and the many ear domes allow you to find what fits best for yourself. The extra battery's and cleaning tools are a gift. I have been suffering with $2,500 aids for nearly a year that plain don't work and have been replaced many times under warranty but fail within a month or two. This product is literally the least functioning product on Amazon. 2 positives, it was comfortable in the ear and it works great as an ear plug. Literally couldn't hear the tv 4 foot away. Constant static. All these positive reviews must be paid reviews. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

I have had similar products in the pass, and they did not include the "open dome" ear bud which help me with background noise. The volume control was easy, although I did ask for one with the finger adjustment, not the tool adjuster. However, overall, very pleased. I like the fact that you can order just one, as I only have hearing loss in one ear. Works as well or better than the $900 hearing aid I also have. Very easy to adjust the volume. I like this product very much and well worth the money.
