Having never used something like this before, I wasn’t sure how it would be. Happily, the belt fits, is easy to adjust, and made a huge difference in my quality of life. I can now get through the day without severe pain; the belt is flexible enough to let me do whatever I need to do and isn’t obvious to the general public. I definitely plan to buy another so I can wear one while I launder the other. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is to put a little more padding on the top of the side stays. This worked exactly as expected. My husband was having a lot of pain from his hernia. We own a business so time off to get surgery is nearly impossible. I got him this and he claims it works great. They have the extra padded pieces to help pinpoint your painful area which helped him tremendously. Great product

Works as intended for an abdominal hernia. I am using mine in an attempt to heal naturally, but should I need surgery I will use this during the healing process. The padding to use on the hernia site is a nice feature to this product. Worked well enough that I ordered another one for my brother who also has a hernia.

Works great to keep umbilical hernia from getting worse. It's also affective as a back support. It is very lite and perfect for working or a workout. The pads that come with it are different sizes and are removable depending on comfort and need.

wide elastic binder, well made. the hook and loop fastener (velcro) is very strong. Be sure to orient the hooks OUT from the body to avoid irritation of skin. I did remove the rubber company logo which is pretty thick and shows through clothing, stitched on but came off easily.
