I purchased this item during the July prime day event. Blink is including a CORE module which is USELESS!!!!! I unfortunately found out too late that the CORE was useless and DOES NOT provide local storage options like the sync module. I called Blink and they are claiming that the "grey box" in this listing was there for viewing when I made my purchase. That is a COMPLETE LIE!!!!!! Prior to purchase I read the entire listing and two additional family members did as well, as this was a gift for our mother. That information was NOT there. Blink is taking advantage of people by selling this Core module in place of a sync module. They are making people make a second purchase of 50.00 for the correct module to have local storage. I spoke to two Blink employees and a manager as well, was told they would have a higher up manager call me within 24hrs ...more Lies!!!!!! I'm completely disappointed in Blink trying to take advantage of people this way. DON'T PURCHASE THE BUNDLE WITH A CORE MODULE UNLESS U WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY FOR THE RIGHT ITEM!!!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!!!!!

I'm absolutely loving my Blink Outdoor cameras! The wire-free setup was a breeze, letting me place them exactly where I needed them without worrying about power outlets. The long battery life is a huge perk, giving me peace of mind for months. The 1080p HD video is clear, and the two-way audio is super convenient for checking in or deterring unwanted visitors. Interior camera is good. Outside, freezes and is constantly slow. I am surprised because I already had another and none of the older ones do that. Maybe it's the new software..but they should tweak them a bit. I also dont like when im viewing, it pauses to ask to continue. If I am viewing it, let it be and not ask over and over where I have to keep touching it.

Great product especially when you have the WWW enabled app, costs extra but reasonable price. I literally have full coverage with this and the outdoor/ indoor cameras at a fraction of the cost of a ADT or other brand system
