Horrible customer support and replacement if the camera is faulty

If I could give this zero stars I would! Although the cameras are fine (none are currently located outside), the doorbell stopped working after 4 months. After several attempts to get the doorbell cam working using their customer support (off shore customer support btw) they decided I needed a replacement, ok great… wrong! I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the replacement and I’ve called several times to see where it’s at only to get it’s on back order! Back order for a camera I could literally purchase again thru Amazon and have delivered the same day, completely unacceptable! I do not recommend purchasing these items, the customer support is awful and if you have an issue good luck on getting them to replace it in a timely manner. They do not value home security which is the purpose of this product, I even paid for the highest subscription plan for a year in advance. Worthless at this point!

I purchased these Blink cameras through Amazon Prime, expecting a brand-new, reliable security system. Unfortunately, the setup was a nightmare. Right from the beginning, the cameras showed a message indicating that they had already been registered to another account, which was very concerning for a supposedly new product. After countless resets and attempts to reconnect, that issue finally went away. However, the problems didn’t stop there. Out of the three cameras, two simply would not connect properly. After dozens of restarts and troubleshooting attempts, they still only worked intermittently. For a security camera, reliability is extremely important. I honestly started wondering whether I received defective or previously returned units. Very disappointed, especially considering these were purchased through Amazon Prime.

We’ve been a long time Blink camera user. We have had the xt2 cameras and door bell in three different houses without issue. We decided to upgrade to the Outdoor 2k’s for better video quality and it’s been a massive pita. The first three cameras we ordered would not connect to the sync module. Tech support said there is a known issue and sent three new cameras. The new cameras connect great for about a week. Then all disconnect at the same time. When I power cycle them, they go back into what seems to be programming mode yet they will not reconnect to the sync module. I let them sit for a day or so and give it another try. They all connect perfectly fine for about a week and the same issue happens again. Tech support now says it’s my wireless network. These cameras clearly have a lot of issues. And now I wish I could get a refund and go to a different system. Sadly I threw away my xt2 cameras and am now stuck with these garbage cameras.
