This product is so beautiful and so amazingly EASY to install!! I had the standard white blinds on my windows and they are so ugly and so hard to keep clean because of the cords holding them together. I was looking for new blinds and came upon these zebra blinds. I just had all my trim painted cream, so I was thrilled to see that these came in cream! The next task was hanging them. It couldn’t have been easier! Literally screw in one bracket on each side of the blind and snap them in - that’s it! I hung four blinds in 30 minutes. You can easily control the length and the opacity with the beaded pull cord. My only complaint is why the beaded pull cord is white when the blinds are cream?? Doesn’t make any sense and makes them stand out when I want them to blend in. With that said, you can easily clean these because they are flat and don’t have the cords running through like traditional blinds. I also love the option to leave the blinds “open” so light comes through but you still have some privacy with the mesh, or you can “close” them and have complete privacy. I can’t say enough good things about these blinds. I hope to replace all the blinds in my house over time with these. Worth every penny! ... show more

The seller sent the brackets. There's a dent in one of the metal pieces on the top, but it's not noticeable from a distance. Okay to use as it is but won't replace other blinds with this brand or seller. I changed the star from 1 to 4 b/c it was corrected.

The quality of item is really bad, if you are looking for blinders better to choose another brand. Besides, I found out that blinders was damaged, unfortunately, only after I installed it, and since I made some adjustments, I can’t return the product UPD Shortly after I wrote the review customer service representative reached out to me and offered replacement for free even though I didn't request a return. We had 2 boxes sent 1 as a purchased and a replacment. 2 of the boxes were open on the end and missing parts.Amazon is unable to supply Boxes that have All parts and not damaged. We ordered from assortment section and hope they will be in today to complete room. The blinds should be coming with all parts and not be damaged!
