My husband has decided that he loves his smoothies in the morning. We decided to invest in a small blender to see if he would use it. I ordered the Airpher 12 in 1 blender. He loves it! It makes a wonderful smoothie in no time, and clean-up is easy. A few weeks ago, we had an incident with one of the smoothie cups and as a result, we needed a replacement. I spoke with a very supportive young lady who told me they do not sell replacement cups, but she would see if they had any available. She contacted me by e-mail a couple of days later to advise that a replacement was on the way! Several days later I had my replacement. You cannot ask for better customer service. The company was easy to contact and my rep was extremely courteous and efficient. They give you a great variety of parts, a cute little cleaning brush and a grammatically correct and not confusing English instructions/care/recipe booklet. It's super easy to use and almost identical to a real bullet blender at a better price point. I took of a star on easy to clean because it's not dishwasher safe, which was kind of a bummer and I didn't realize it until I got it but thats really not a deal breaker for us. The cups are also a bit smaller then I anticipated, they measure roughly 6 inches at the wide rim where the cap screws down on to it. My old one was much much bigger but to make up for that it seems that they give you 2 of the larger cups so that definitely makes up for it in my opinion. I wouldnt recommend using the cups themselves constantly for on the go stuff (even though they give you a travel lid.) They're a hard thin plastic, it wouldn't take much to crack them but that's not just THIS blender, it's all bullet blenders, the cups are frail. Overall I really like it, it's a blender so it does make noise but compared to my last 2 it's the quieter of them all. I've only used it for milkshakes so far but it blends those nicely. I'm excited to try the other attachments for other purposes! Heed the "1 min constant run time to 10 min cool down time" as noted in the instruction manual so you don't burn out the motor! (again, thats ALL bullet blenders to my knowledge, not just this one!) But yeah, I would recommend this :) ... show more

Love this personal blender! My husband makes us smoothies almost daily. The 2 cups that come with the set are bigger than most which is a big plus. Unfortunately, the gear piece cracked and a piece of it broke off. We contacted Airpher and spoke with Monica in support services. She was extremely helpful. She emailed us back the same day that we spoke on the phone to let us know that Airpher is sending us out a replacement. I got the first one after having a Nutra bullet for years. I was very mad when I saw it was resealed, and barely fit back in its box. I took many pictures as I opened it. I hadn't decided what to do, and this company reached out asking if I was happy. I vented. They asked for pics. I sent 20 pictures in 2 emails saying I was mad. Then got a message 1 email didn't go through due to size. I told them that happened. They apologized and said, "We are sending you a new one." What's your address, with an apology. I received a new one within a week. I love that it's lightweight, sections to the counter. It starts and stops VERY EASY compared to the old other brand. I love that the cups are a perfect size for my small hands to hold. They are slim and tall, and still have great balance. I do know the plastic is thinner, but it's thick enough. I feel it's sufficient and lightweight. It doesn't blend as fast but it's tall. I start it, stop it so ice drops to the bottom and blend again. It only takes seconds. It's so easy to clean! I've only made Smoothies and it does well with frozen berries and shredded coconut. I didn't realize it came with the frother. I did clean the first one up. It cleans easy. It works fine. I don't know why it was returned because I like this brand better than Nutra Bullet. It has an 18 month warranty also. ... show more

I was using a large, full-sized blender to make protein shakes and I was getting SO tired of washing the thing. I searched for something easier and found this! It has made my life so much simpler! It works very well; blends great!! Be careful to follow the guidelines included. I was very careful and the motor died on me anyway in less than 2 months making 2 shakes per day. I contacted the company by replying to the email I received from them when I purchased. They sent me a new one right away! Made my first ever smoothie. Also tried to grind coffee - the blender coped with all the tasks. One star is removed for the smell when working. It is quite pungent. It smells like heated plastic. I recommend it as a handy and compact blender.

I like the blending speed it's pretty fast and blends up my smoothie and drinks in no time. But it's pretty light weight that's what I dislike about it. I like heavy stuff otherwise it's pretty awesome.

I love how easy this is to use and clean, however, if youโ€™re expecting no chunks in your smoothies, etcโ€ฆ you may have to keep looking. I usually end up getting chunks in my smoothies, but for the price, itโ€™s a good blender!
