As a complete beginner, I found the whole process from unboxing to completing my first project to be much smoother than I expected. It's great for engraving on wood, leather, and dark acrylic, with impressive detail. I also tested it on 5mm thick wood, and the cutting was clean and sharp. I'm still getting familiar with the software, but the included guide and prompt customer support made the learning curve quite easy. I've already seen its huge potential and can't wait to try more materials. If I had to mention a downside, it's that some smoke is produced during operation, but this can be easily managed with the ventilation system. Overall, it's a reliable and exciting machine for first-time users.
