I have been a Kindle user for years as I felt that was the best value. But I grew tired of the limited apps, constant commercials and the inability to use mobile data or phone calls. Previously a phablet of this quality would have cost twice or even three times what a Kindle cost. Not any more. I've had my 8 inch Blackview for almost a year now. I have Cricket cellular (At&t backbone) as this tablet uses GSM. Screen is clear, responsive, runs all my apps from Google Play Store, battery life is good. Remember now, I'm comparing this tablet to Kindle with a comparable price, not a Samsung or iPad. Those cost a heck of a lot more. This is a great value for $80 or so ... show more

So I got this. I was going to use it for work, this thing doesn’t even turn on. I tried to plug it in, still just shows this screen then turns back off. I’m really disappointed in this. Why even sell something that DOESNT TURN ON.
