Unbelievably small form factor (see picture) that packs more than enough power, ports, and functionality for my purposes: dual monitor, Internet surfing, streaming, MS Office, social media, cloud archiving and retrieving, etc. No lag, no noise, no overheating. I need a small one to fit my table size. The mini PC is so small so that I don’t need to worry about the size.The only one I worried about was the performance. I use it to watch YouTube and surf the internet. Well it does well without any issue. I saw someone’s comment the first startup windows 11 active has some issue. I didn’t have it. It directly go to an account after I finished the setup. I don’t need to have a Microsoft online account which is good to me. The only two issues for me are the sound output and mouse and keyboard input during the installation. The sound output volume is a little smaller than I expect. I use two headsets to test it. One is bigger than the other one. Maybe it is my headsets issue. It doesn’t bother me a lot. The other issue I want to point out here is when you install it first time, I don’t know how to install it with a wireless keyboard and mouse in Bluetooth. I have a 2.4 G dongle which is the switchable keyboard and mouse so that my install can be successful. After I did so and enter the main window, then I turn to Bluetooth. I am not sure can we install it with only Bluetooth function keyboard and mouse. ... show more

Needed a simple replacement for my home desktop for casual browsing, video playback, and MS Office usage. This little (and by little I mean super compact) gem fit the bill just right. Set up was super easy. App start-up is quick. Never notice any lag during my normal use. And the fan noise is barely noticeable unless you specifically listen for it. Windows 11 Pro wasn't activated and failed to activate when I tried initially, but an email to support got it resolved in less than 12 hours on a US West Coast Saturday with a new OEM digital product key. ... show more

I bought 3 of these and two of them said the copy of Windows was not activated. Had to send the seller overseas a message and they sent me an activation code to use but said to use it quick within a certain amount of time or it will not be any good. Ummm....no thanks!!!! This mini pc is very easy to install and connect. All I need to do is to connect this to my tv and it works already. The PC also comes with Microsoft 11, so unlike the laptop or other computer, I can use the pc immediately. No extra purchase of the Microsoft is needed. The interface is clean and very easy to use. There is no difference to a regular computer when using it. The operation speed is pretty fast. I was on the fence about this for a good while and debated whether it was worth the price tag, considering the reviews. I ended up getting it in a whim and could not be any happier. It is smaller than I thought it would be but it’s perfect. Doesn’t make any noise. Mounted easily to the back of my monitor. Start up and set up was a breeze. No issue at all. Very fast and smooth. Only problem I had was delivery where the driver decided to leave it on the sidewalk but not the fault of the manufacturer. The media could not be loaded. I have been exploring and considering buying a mini PC for over a year but only recently have they dropped in price, after comparing a lot of other brands decided to give this a try. Boy I was impressed, the PC was packed very well and arrived in mint condition. Plugged it to my monitor and wireless keyboard and this was up and running in about 5 minutes. Connected using HDMI for monitor and USb for keyboard and mouse. This comes with Windows 11 pro preinstalled that is fully activated, had 500 gb SSD and 16 gb ram. Just getting a windows license the storage and ram will cost more than what this unit costs! Im totally impressed on price on how they are able to sell such beautiful technology at this price. I bought this for my kids so they dont mess things on my laptop and they totally live it too. Windows needed an update after I turned it on and it took 20 mins but after that I was good to go! I am not using this for heavy applications so this totally meets my purpose, I actually saw my daughter playing fortnite on it so was impressed that it can easily handle gaming as well.
