On the plus side, came with a screen protector and case. Battery had over 70% charge when turned on. It connected quick, updated and transferred my apps from my phone in under 15 mins. However, screen quality is rather "meh". Some static images seemed a bit fuzzy and video was sometimes blurry. My biggest issue was 3 times it crashed on start up. Numerous error messages after either rebooting or turning on after having it off for a short time. I don't know if it's a glitch in the software or substandard hardware. Needless to say, I returned it. I'd say pay a bit more for a better tablet. EDIT 6-21-2024 Company reached out to me about this review and offered me solutions to address my 2 star review. I'm updating my review to 4 stars to indicate the company took my critique seriously and gave me options to satisfy me. Very happy the company did this, so take that into consideration in case you have issues too, the company does seem to care and will reach out.

The best part of this tablet is now fully integrated Wi-Fi 6 capabilities. It runs much faster than previous versions and makes downloading apps, games and other stuff to the device much quicker, and easier. This tablet is android 13 compatible which makes it a lot easier to run newer software that is more reliable and secure. This is a great tablet for kids and any type of home use. It is also lightweight and easy to handle. The size of the screen (10 inches) is great for increased visibility of games.

Good tablet at this price level. Okay for Netflix, but it works slowly when switching from Apps to Apps. Battery life is reasonable. Good Monitor. Followup comments: On week 3, the tablet failed to work. Auto-restart in every 25-30 mins. A few apps, e.g., WSJ, NY Times, Financial Times, etc., can't be opened, even if re-installation after resetting the tablet. Decided to Return it.

Original review: My grand daughter has used this tablet a handful of times since she got it for her birthday 4 months ago. She’s only with me one weekend every 3 weeks. Her tablet now says battery overheated every time she turns it on.

I was kind of skeptical at first because of the price (I paid $80 including discount and coupon) and because of the 5 star rating with only 28 reviews. Here's the skinny after using it extensively for 3 days: The tablet is comfortably fast with lots of RAM, ROM is very adequate to install as many apps as you'd like, screen is bright and responsive, sound is good for watching videos and I also added a 64GB MicroSD card I had laying around. It didn't crash a single time and it's light enough to port around in my backpack. It's not top of the line but I'm very, very happy with the overall performance, feel, look and responsiveness. The ONLY thing I'd improve is the battery life although it's a lot better than my phone. I'll be hunting for a case on Amazon for it. But I think it'll have to be a generic case - don't know if they make one specific to this tablet. Thumbs up!! UPDATE: So I've had it for 2 months and there are quite a few problems that I've encountered. 1. Rebooting is erratic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't which then requires a hard reboot. When it does reboot, it may take 1 minute or it may take 4 minutes or it may get stuck and require a hard reboot again. 2. When trying to watch Tubi or PluttoTV videos, there is a serious caching problem which causes the screen to stutter and show the video at about half speed. 3. When using voice to type, sometimes it cuts off and stops accepting input. 4. I'm getting a notification about having to update the system for an update that came out April 2024. Update downloads, then screen says "installing" and then nothing happens. Tried multiple times. This would be such a big deal except that the notification pops up every day now and I can't install the one and ONLY update I've received for it. 5. At times, it becomes VERY sluggish as far as response goes. Not fun at all. 6. The speakers need a LOT of work. The description makes them sound good but they are the worse speakers I've every heard from a phone or tablet. Almost sounds like the old AM radios. So there you have it. At first I thought it was such a great steal because of the price. But just DON'T DO IT! Not worth the hassle at all. Especially if you can't even reboot it dependably. Get something else.
