It fit through my 36" wide front door, very heavy piece of furniture. looks great. The recliner on one side sticks when I try to open it. It was in my opinion well packaged with bubble wrap, Styrofoam sheeting, carboard and a clothe sheet so that it doesn't get dirty in transporting. It says some assembly needed but that was wrong it came fully assembled and I could not see where or how you do disassemble it. Note: when you have it delivered they do not bring it into the home.

1st online furniture purchase. I love the look, the style and quality. However, the couch and chair are kinda firm. Also, the arm height on the rocking is very low. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered the beige color set. The couch arrived as a single piece and does not come apart like most recliners. The delivery company sent two individuals who did not seem experienced in handling heavy objects. They removed the packaging, but the couch was so heavy that two people were not enough to maneuver it through the door or bring it inside the house. As a result, they ended up tearing the couch. It's been a month since I placed my order, one week since delivery was attempted and set returned to seller. I still don't have my refund.

This is a very nice leather love seat, very firm but comfortable love the stile and the color is true to the picture on amazon. Will recommend it if you don't mind spending a little more.

This is my third return of this sofa. The first came in with a non functioning recliner, the second had a 3” rip in it that looks like it was from the drivers hand truck and the third came in with a rip the size of a golf ball that looks like it came from a bolt on their truck. Sofas are shipped standing up and it is only wrapped in plastic, a little bubble wrap and cardboard. It is very heavy and I’ve seen the drivers struggle to get it off their trucks. The mfg. really needs to better pkg the ends or Amazon needs to come up with a better shipping method or protocol. Love the sofa other than that!
