    • Top notch quality leather
Ok so I was looking for furniture for our home theater, and already having theatre seating we wanted something that allowed us to lounge on near the front of the room closer to the screen. So I searched everywhere, all the typical furniture retailers online and in store. Found nothing that matched our decor. Then boom! On one site we found a couch that would match perfectly. However, it was over priced (probably drop shipped by a third party) and shipping was going to take almost 2 months. That was a no go for us as we were already a few months behind on the actual completion of our home theater do to the pandemic. So by chance I decided to search Amazon and see if the same couch was listed. To my Amazement not only was the identical couch listed, it was 50% cheaper and delivery was only two weeks out! So feeling lucky I pulled the trigger. I’ve never ordered actual furniture from Amazon before. And to be honest I was a little ambivalent about it. I’ve seen bad reviews when it comes to furniture on Amazon and read even worse reviews about the actual delivery’s. But this couch was the perfect thing to tie our space to together and I rolled the dice and it payed off. Not only was the couch even more impressive in person our delivery team was top notch. On time! Up a flight of stairs, placed in our room unpackaged and mess cleaned up! They were quick, efficient and other than the new couch you’d never have known they were there. This is a 5 star couch and the delivery was exceptional. We are very pleased. ... show more

    • False advertisement. Leather yellowed after 1 year.

After one only the loveseat begin to yellow in the front . I found this to be very disturbing as this was not cheap furniture . I figured Italian leather was a better grade of leather. I love the style however, I would have second thoughts about purchasing from this company again. At least nothing in white or light color. I have tried to clean with vinegar and water to no avail! Black jack you have got to do better, be honest about your products . Don't mislead your customers. I purchased this via Amazon. ... show more

    • False advertisement. Not real leather.

Review Image by JD
This item is not genuine Italian leather or any type of genuine leather. Ordered 7 of these love seats. No. 7 arrived with a tear on one of the arm rests, which clearly shows that it is cheap filling covered with a very thin layer of synthetic PLU. Rip Off. Additionally, Amazon used XPO Logistics to ship these. Had to wait an additional 3 weeks for this ripped love seat to arrive, because the original one fell off the truck on the opposite coast of the US. Was given the runaround by XPO for days on end. Very unprofessional company. ... show more
