  • but appears to be a nice build quality on the cheaper end of the spectrum
Color: Black Size: Rear
The fender is longer than I expected it to be, but appears to be a nice build quality on the cheaper end of the spectrum. The mounting mechanism is a simple single tool free knob which can adjust to fit a seatpost from approximately 7/8"-1-1/2". There are four rubber spacers included which nest inside each other and inside the clamp to keep them from moving which is a nice design. I would've liked it to have a larger clamp (about 2") so that I could mount it under the seat clamp so I would not have to remove it to put it in my bike stand clamp (which clamps to the seat post). The angle adjustment looks like it should be able to deal with quite a bit of abuse and continue to hold the position that you set it in. The fender itself is about 18-1/4" long and including the clamp is 22-1/2". The fender is 3-1/4" wide at its widest point. Update: I was using this on a full suspension mountain bike, with 5"+ rear travel. Due to a seat dropper, I could not place it any higher on the seat post. It was slightly rubbing due to part of the fender that hangs down at the front. I trimmed it off and I thing it should work great now. The clamp holds tight and does not move or slide at all. Even after rubbing on the tire when compressed, it stayed in the same place. ... show more

  • Attention Serious Cyclists! This is a yes!
Color: Black Size: Rear
Easy to install and easy to adjust. I bought this because I see them in my friend’s Gravel bikes. They have had theirs for 4 years with no complaints. I am 5’2 so I don’t have much room on my seat post. I am able to run my Blackburn Splash Board AND a seat pack with no obstruction issues. I am a HARDCORE Gravel Bike rider who is not shy about being out in muddy conditions. I purchased only the fender for the seat post. Mine didn’t come with the piece for the down tube. I didn’t see that available. A friend of mine has that kit, I would recommend that if you are riding a lot in sloppy conditions. ... show more

  • Better than I expected.
Color: Black Size: Rear
The four star rating is simply because the design could be better to allow for installation closer to the tire, the look of them doesn't compliment a bike that well, and the quality of the adjustment screws and fittings feel almost cheap and ready to break with more than slight pressures. That stated I have to admit these have performed exactly as they should. With these installed I've not had a drop of water touch the back of my body when riding in wet conditions. They even survived a collision with a car even when my ribs did not! I realize the five star rating would seem more appropriate but they are not perfect or exceptional and therefore I gave it four stars. ... show more

  • Good quality. Easy install.
Color: Black Size: Combo
Very easy to install. I have a very wide seat post on a Cannondale. There are rubber grommets/spacers that you can remove to fit wide posts. Installation left just enough room for my tail light to fit as well. Is it large? Yes. But there's a lot of tire to cover. Will it stop absolutely every drop of mud or rain? No. But you're riding in the mud and rain. Is it light plastic? Yes. But weight is an issue and I always want light. It feels very sturdy for its weight. In the end, it does its job. ... show more

  • Tighten nuts
Color: Black Size: Rear
Solid back splash protection but need to check from time to time on the tightness of the nuts. It can loosen up and fall off.

  • Excellent design. Sturdy, simple.
Color: Black Size: Rear
Finally after several years and several splash guards, I got one that has a proper fastening. Almost all others are hard to install or flimsy or just wobble around easily. Most will even break due to over-tighten while trying to make it stay in place. This one is sturdy, nice looking, extremely easy to install without a single tool, and you can tell it won't break or move easily. It has 2 sets of rubbers to make it fit different size posts. The design of how these rubbers fit just blew my mind, it was designed by someone with a bike who really cares and that actually studied engineering. ... show more

  • Easy install - Good enuff
Color: Black Size: Rear
It installed easy enuff on my hybrid bike. Seems well made. Looks a little bulky, but I knew that going into it. Works fine on the road if your speed is below 20mph. After that the rooster tail overwhelms the size of fender. All in all I'm pretty happy with it
