Upon opening the box, every single component (cables and device) was absolutely coated in thick grime, dust, dirt and other unidentifiable substances. Not only was the product in poor condition, but the AV cable was not at all functional when plugged into my television. Product was not working upon receipt. Since it is non-reundable/exchangeable and no one got back to us quickly about why it wasn't working, we did some research and found the disk drive needed to be replaced. Bought a replacement and fixed it ourselves. Works fine now. I wish it came ready to use. Good thing my husband is handy and can fix anything. I would encourage looking for this product from a different seller. Considering the price, and the quality of the product. The device Arrived PRETTY beat up....and instead of the game it was advertised to come with it came with Mario kart. This was supposed to be a gift. Have been dealing with 30 Rock about their WII unit. I bought this unit so my wife and 3 grandkids could play together. The unit is designed for 4 players, the games is for 4 players, but the unit will not sync the 3rd and 4th controllers. I wish to return it but 30 Rock will not respond to my last e-mail where I explained that we have tried, several times, all the remedies they suggested but none worked and the unit will still only accept two players. ... show more
