Haven’t installed the awning yet, but, I am so freaking impressed by the company. I ordered a 21’ awning to try and replace my 20‘6“ awning. Unfortunately, the center tube of the 3 tube roller came with a slight dent. Seemed cosmetic, but, I sent a picture to the RVeaves and ask them for technical support advice. They instantly said they would replace the center tube. After doing my measurements, I thought I would be better having the awning fabric for a 20’ because the 21’ wide fabric would be too wide. They instantly offered to substitute without a dime of cost to myself. I am so impressed so far. I will update this review after I install the awning 10 days from now. Really Nice Awning!! I installed this with the help of a friend & my brother, onto my horse trailer that never had an awning before!! So I did have to make a few small modifications to the trailer for it to fit but it really came out nice!! Love the size (21’) Love the wind sensor feature & love the built in LED lights!! Customer service is AAA as well, John is great & makes sure you are set!! ... show more

Love the awning! However, the motor had some issues, but after a simple email to this company they sent me a replacement motor, checked with me all the way through the process & everything is good as new. Very please with the service. I Highly recommend
