I was really disappointed with this blackhead remover tool. The concept seemed great, but in reality it was ineffective and frustrating to use. The camera and magnification make it look impressive, but actually trying to remove anything is much harder than expected. The device is difficult to control and doesn’t really extract blackheads the way it claims. Instead of leaving my skin feeling soft and clean, it just irritated my skin and made it slightly red afterward. It didn’t improve the texture of my skin at all. Another issue is the battery life, which isn’t great. It doesn’t last very long before needing to be charged again, which makes it inconvenient to use regularly. For the price, the value for money just isn’t there. Between the ineffectiveness, awkward handling, and skin irritation it caused, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

After a week of use it stopped working and I opened it up to see what went wrong and almost every wire was frayed and barely soldered (out of each wire core which has more than ten wires maybe one to two were connected the others were touching each other and shorting it out) I’m so grateful that my iPhone and iPad weren’t damaged. When it worked it was awesome, but when it stopped working I was in the middle of doing a deep clean of all my pores and I have half my face done. I could pay to buy a soldering iron and fix it or just order another one and maybe I can find one that is put together with more care. Also the tweezers are not high quality, they easily bend or twist out of shape and are super sharp in some spots and I’ve cut myself on them several times. It is nice that they give you two pairs and the usb c to lightening converter. This could be a five star product as the light is adjustable, the video is clear, and the ability to take still images on demand is awesome when you want to share something you mined out of your own face.

The item worked well for me. The connecting to my phone was easy and the picture is clear. Its alittle awkward for me to use with my arthritis so i just take my time. The tweezers are very sharp and sturdy and it comes with 2. This made a good addition to my other self-care tools.

I wish it came with other attachments that fit in the scope like the tweezers. The tweezers aren't the best too for every blackhead. Other than that this is great, I've been looking for a "one handed" tool for the back of the neck for some time.

This set is awful. I had a similar set from another brand and it was great, so I know how this is supposed to work. The camera does not match up to the tips of the tweezers so you cannot see what you are trying to do. The camera is made of a lightweight cheap plastic so I can't bend it to try and reline the tweezers. The tweezers are also very lightweight and cheap, I'm guessing they are not metal. When you push the tip together they flare out the wrong way because they are not made of a ridgid material. This is not worth the money when you can get other brands for just a bit more.
