This is my first corded lawn mower, and it does take a bit of an adjustment not to run over the electrical cord. Once you overcome that, I was surprised how well it handled actually mowing. It’s light, so it’s very maneuverable, and was powerful enough to tackle a large pile of wet and dry leaves in the area I was mowing. I’m tired of bagging leaves each fall and was hoping this inexpensive little mower could handle mowing and mulching, and it does without any complaints. Additionally, the mulched leaves were ground small enough so they could be incorporated into my vegetable and flower beds, meaning no more leaf bags going to the landfill. This lawnmower is super easy to put together and use. My backyard grew a little faster than i anticipated, and I had the mower set to a level 3, it had some trouble cutting down the taller grass, but lifting the mower to let the blade spin off the excess weight helped it along.

I was skeptical about this mower.. I always have bought full size gasoline mowers but after my last one breaking … I looked into electrical. This mower is light & does what it needs to do. My grass was 1 foot high & it cut it all down. Only downfall is the size of the bag because mine fills quick because I have tall grass. Other than that, i love it ... show more

This mower is garbage. Where to start...the collapsing handle bar really is not one. You have to unscrew it and re-screw it everytime. I can only imagine something will strip out soon enough rendering in useless. The body is very long with respect to the cutting swathe. You cannot get into corners of your yard or up against trees very well. It is difficult to turn 180 degrees when cutting rows. You essentially have to make a 4 point turn everytime. Lastly, it is not built for "the business" I hit one rock and the blade bent., Straightened it out. Hit another rock and the darn thing nearly bent it's self in half. Found this light mower easier to use than my old battery mower. Power was very reliable and strong enough for tall grass. 10A draw was absolutely no problem for my outside outlets. Easy to maneuver. Long handle and deadman grip insured safety, and made it easy to mow under dwarf trees and around shrubs. I prefer a bar with more leverage than these bicycles deadman grips as my hand can get tired. That is offset by the safety switches in both right and left handles, which made it easier to switch hands back and forth, while managing my own outdoor extension cord with the other hand. Pros: Light weight and easy to maneuver. Easy to turn on and operate. Blade seems to be good material and can cut through semi thick grass well enough. I was able to buy this on a discount. Cons Of course on a bigger yard the cord can be a nuisance. Does not like to cut thick grass or uneven ground, such as an actual yard not rolled sod. Safety buttons on handle will stick and keep the mower running which makes this safety somewhat useless as a kill switch but good when trying to turn it on. Mower handle will come out of its place and out easier than it should of pulled on or front is lifted. This was really easy to assemble and it cuts great! It gets 5 stars even though I do have a "small" issue with it. I'm just under 5 feet tall and the handle is hella long! When (or if) the manufacturer ever decides to redesign this mower they might want to consider making the handle length adjustable, 6 inches or a foot would make a huge difference for little people. Easy to put together. Started right up, light weight, easy to push my yard slants on one side, my front yard has a up ward slop to it had no problems getting up it. Pushing and guiding it wasn't bad.
