I love this freezer. It arrived right on time, the size fits perfectly in my dining room. It holds so much stuff because it is very deep. Also, I setup this freezer up in like 5 minutes. The hardest thing to do was get it out the box. It is so easy to use and gets cold really fast.

ONLY ON THIRD ATTEMPT I RECEIVED THE FREEZER in normal condition but still with little dent on right side! first 2 pictures from first delivery (box was in normal condition but the freezer was dented in 2 places)! The second 2 pictures show that the box was damaged,torn and in absolutely not accessible condition and the bottom of the freezer was destroyed! I don’t even open the box to save my time for packaging for return! I will see what I will get Sunday (the third time of purchase!) Hopefully my third attempt will be lucky! The freezer alignment is very bad,on the door I can see fiberglass coming out…… ughhh the Chinese was better ! ... show more

Yes other reviewers are 100% Right about the BAD SHIPPING. I Guess No One Uses Their Eyes at the Warehouse. The unit came with LARGE PRESSED IN DENTS AT THE BASE MAING THE WHOLE FRAME UNEVEN!!!!!!! Lack of instructional care. Yes in the booklet but there needs to be stickers. Must let it sit for 24 hours I was always told 72 hours but we move on. I'm guessing this is why most complain about the motor sounding crazy. I dont think they let it sit for a full 24 hours to let the chems settle down in the compressor. UnBoxing!!!! The box is lifted off and only taped on the bottom. Cut the tape then lift. Running!!!! Once plugged wait one hour before progressing to the next level of cold. 7 levels. The more you store the more the compressor will run. In short It works its not loud and will save you some $$$ if you buy in bulk. Perfect for sportfishing or meal preping The cost is pretty low about the price of whole chuck roll which it can hold 2 + ... show more

This is a very sweet unit! So far, it is working very well keeping temperature. Its small size makes it very unassuming, and it is also very quiet. My only quibble is that there is no place other than the bottom of the freezer that will accommodate standard ice trays. This isn't much of a bother in the end, though. I bought this unit because the freezer on my refrigerator was on the blink. Now that this has been remedied, I no longer need to keep ice trays in this little freezer.
