When the water collection bucket is full, the unit will shut off automatically, make a beeping noise and the BUCKET FULL indicator will light. The dehumidifier will not run again until the bucket is emptied and placed back in the unit. When will you know it’s time to clean the filter? When the filter needs to be cleaned, the filter indicator light will come on after approximately 250 hours of use. Does this unit have a drain pump? No. This unit does not have a drain pump but we do offer a larger 50-pint capacity model with a built-in drain pump for those that require automatic draining.
