Extremely poor quality – very difficult to assemble This is honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made on Amazon. The chair arrived without clear assembly instructions, which already made the process frustrating. On top of that, the parts did not align properly, making assembly extremely difficult. It took a lot of effort just to put the chair together, and even after assembling it the backrest connection keeps slipping out and feels unstable. The reclining mechanism barely works. The lever keeps getting stuck and the chair does not recline properly as advertised. The height adjustment is also unreliable and difficult to use. Another issue is the base: the rubber around the bottom leaves marks on the floor. Overall, the build quality is extremely poor for the price. Every moving part works badly and the chair feels cheaply made and poorly designed. Unfortunately I assembled the chair later and missed the return window, but I have barely used it because it simply does not function properly. If the seller sees this review, I would really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this issue and return the chair for a full refund, including the shipping cost. Received my chair 😔 nothing like they made it sound out to be. Pieces of the chair are bent screws were through the plastic of arm rest wasn't even holding the pieces to arm chair down. Husband had to redo. Foot rest arms were bent had to bend more to fit the screws... if I didn't need a chair for tomorrow's schedule and rest of my week I would of sent this back.. learned my lesson.. never again.. I'm going to have to look for another one.. maybe I need to spend more to get better quality... was so excited only to be so disappointed. ... show more

This is a great starter chair for saloon and barbers. Very easy to assemble and super comfortable. My clients are loving it and i am getting repeat customers. The price is very reasonable and the chair is very sturdy. Height is adjustable. overall a good buy.
