There are two potential problems. I see with battery powered water flossers. The first is that they are not powerful enough. This water Flusser is very powerful and cleans well. The other problem could be that there is a tiny hole to fill the water. meaning, it is impossible to dry out the water reservoir. Thankfully, this flosser comes a part so that the water reservoir dries out quickly. The only problem I had with this water flosser is that the cover over the USB charging port detached permanently from the device the first time I removed it to charge the flosser. I did contact the company, but they told me there was nothing they could do about the problem as it is non-repairable. Luckily, the cover stays in place anyways. I recommend adding a little mouthwash to the water.

Delivery to me went well. I have used device for almost 3 weeks now and am very satisfied so far. I have used it daily and the charge has been solid. The water supply is very sufficient and its size and design make it easy to use. Even though I haven't traveled with it yet, it should be easy to transport. If I would have any suggestions, it would be to have a travel case supplied with it -- with air holes so any water would evaporate. The box will work to temporarily transport it but I'm sure it will wear out at some point.

This thing is fantastic! Now I just have to get used to using it. The pressure is very strong. The first time I used it water was spraying everywhere. Now it's just coming down my arm and my mouth fills up instantly. I'm trying to maneuver behind my teeth and havn't figured that out yet. I hate flossing, so I'm looking forward to getting used to this. I think I may put in the shower - then I don't have to worry about water spraying literally everywhere on the lowest setting. I could probably power wash the house on the high setting!

I’ve been using this water flosser daily 2-3 times a day for almost 2 months now and I prefer this from the dental floss for the ease and convenience while at home. It is a little too big to carry in my purse but It will be okay to take on vacation. The second time I used this the 3rd light stop working and I was concerned about the durability of this product. The 3rd light is the strongest pressure that I really did not like . Battery is rechargeable and last for a long time . I recommend this product.

It’s a keeper, but the top half is the “handle”, which also makes it easy to accidentally turn off, while trying to use it, or to change the water pressure from gentle to medium, to high, which can cause pain to your gums. You’re also dripping water from your mouth all over the unit. And be careful when using a towel to dry it off, or you might accidentally turn it on and send a pulsing spray onto your mirror or across the room!

Received quickly, brand new packaging (unlike or, 'Sold as New'), everything included but..... The best thing about this waterpick is IT WORKS GREAT! It has 3 settings, I use the highest, and it had a long battery life. I still haven't charged it since I got it ! The only minor thing I wouls suggest is making the reservoir a bit longer for more time use. My dentist tells me these are more effective than floss!

I looove this flosser and was sad to see that it stopped working so quickly compared to the battery operated ones I've purchased in the past. I did not change the attachment on it very often, but when I did, the button got stuck. It now sprays water out of it, making the whole thing unusable. I just ordered 2 more so I'm hoping they last a bit longer than the last one.

So, at the suggestion of my dentist, I bought a water pic. My first water pic, I read reviews and saw how messy water pics can be. My 1st go was quite comical! This one is waterproof and I now just take it with me in the shower. It has 3 settings of pressure, for me I just use the 1st level of pressure. It comes with several angled pics and a tongue scraper. I'm petite and even though my hands are small, I didn't have any issues holding it. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase. Just go ahead and use it in the shower, otherwise you'll have water everywhere 🤣
