Sadly, this is my first negative review ever on amazon. The antminer s9 that was sent to me only ran for 20hrs before it broke down. It is rusty and very well used. Only 2 of the 3 hashing boards worked upon startup. It was hashing at 6 th/s for 20 hrs before one of the fans quit and it threw a fan fault in the kernel log which rendered it us less. I contacted the seller who replied quickly the first time and said they would pay shipping to return a working board. I sent a reply saying I agree to send back the bad board just send shipping info but havnt heard back from them. Be aware that if you buy these things they will most likely be damaged in some way and not last long. Worst tech purchase of my life! Even in good working order s9 is hardly profitable let alone at half the rated speed! Item listed as good condition. Id hate to see one that's listed as acceptable condition. ... show more

Miner seems new. haven't run it yet. But the power supply Sucks not what was shown in the picture when I ordered it. The power supply is VERY WELL USED! and one set of the power wires are all FD up! Going to have to find a six-pin connector. NOT HAPPY...

It's easy to give a good rating when things go well, but I had an issue with my miner. It booted up, but would not mine. Crypto Zen promptly refunded me my money and also refunded the cost of shipping the miner back to them.

    • Not plug and play
Used unit was sent to me with running rust on fans, very dirty inside. Upon set up found a fatal exception with (surprise!) the rusty fan. In a few days a replacement fan will be here, hopefully that is the only issue
