Which sets off extreme migraines for me. My only complaint is that the flavor is very weak and only provides a faint chemical cherry taste. I wish Amazon would carry them in the other flavors. These "wafers" were made of very thick hard plastic and not flexible at all. I thought this would help with me grinding my teeth at night. Since I've gotten braces, I can no longer wear my night guard and I was hoping this would help. The first time I put one in my mouth I gagged so hard I thought I would throw up. So I figured it's just too big. They are apparently trimmable but the plastic is so hard and thick I just said "no thank you." I never give negative reviews but for the price of these things I just felt they were entirely useless. They need to be more malleable.

I purchased these because I have recently had some dental work done. Not braces. I do tend to clench my teeth and I thought these would help while I watch TV or just sitting around the house. I was hoping for a more gummy or softer texture. This product is a very hard plastic. It made my mouth raw on the inside of my lips. I only had it in my mouth for about an hour or so. I purchased the grape and to me it it like soap smelling. Nothing like grape. I want to try and boil the guard to see if maybe that would soften them up so we shall see.

This sits on top of the tongue, push it back so it covers the back molars. It does not over hang onto the gums which is common with other teeth guards. Not comfortable to have the gums covered every single night. Saved me hundreds of dollars because I don't need my dentist to create a custom made one. I did not cut it, though you can to size. Slight scent of cherries not noticeable and wears away. Pleasant while it lasts. Definitely recommend, give it a couple of nights to get used to it. Five Stars ⭐️

Don’t buy. It is horrible, and made me nauseous as soon as I put it in my mouth. It is not flexible at all, but the worst part is how horrible it taste. Amazon also will not accept returns on this product.
