Bought this when I got a puppy. Perfect for cleaning up accidents. Just fill with water & detergent, put it over the stain, push a button and walk away. It does the rest. Also used the hose to clean the upholstry in my car. Did a good job.

Love it! Cleans very well and it is hands off. Have had one before that basically wore out after a number of years. It is wonderful for pet accidents!!!! If you have a dog, you need a SpotBot!!

I woke up one morning to find that my cat had vomited sometime during the night. I tried cleaning it with what I always use (Stanley Steemer formula). It got rid of most of the stain, but not all of it. I purchased this SpotBot to treat the stain, and all future stains. But . . . I didn't notice that it didn't say free returns. The same day I ordered it on Amazon, a friend highly recommended a product she used for her dogs: Nature's Miracle. I tried it. I had to apply it numerous times, but it completely cleared up the stain. Then the Spotbot arrived. With Nature's Miracle, I no longer needed it so tried to return it. Even though I HADN'T EVEN OPENED THE BOX, they would not refund my money. So unless you are 110% sure it's something you'll use for years to come, don't buy it.
