    • Fantastic pet stain remover

This is a great product. It works amazingly well for even the most set in of pet related stains, included serious urine stains. Prior to my 18 year old cat passing away, she was having a lot of issues with incontinence as well as senile issues. She did have a period where she seemed to have just forgotten how to get to the litterbox. Unbeknownst to me, she was using a spot under a table that only became obvious after several days. I tried EVERTHING to get this stain out of the carpet, but nothing was cutting it. I have a Bissell carpet cleaner unit, but the regular products were not cutting it. I ended up using this as a spot treatment and then shampooing again over it, IT WORKED PERFECTLY. Nothing left, no scent, nothing. Its clean and smells perfect. When exposed to stains, this foams up and is visibly "lifting" the stain from the carpet. You can actually see it work. I cannot recommend this product enough. ... show more

I have a Bissel Crosswave and this isn’t my first time using this cleaning solution. I’ve gone through at least 5 of these since I got my crosswave, and the fact that I keep buying it should tell you more than an actual review in my opinion. It doesn’t streak, nor does it feel sticky or anything like that on my floor. And a single container of this will easily last me a few months. We have been using Bissell products for a while as they tend to do a good job on upholstery and carpet. As such, We did not hesitate to order this product as soon as we saw it on Amazon. We used this formula on both hardwood floors and tile. What we loved: It is a multi-surface cleaner —so there is no need to purchase separate cleaning solutions if you have more than one floor type. What we liked: The large bottle with a good amount of formula. We also like that the cap comes with measurements as those come quite handy when trying to mix/dilute. What we did not like: There is a highly faint scent from the liquid and once your floors are mopped you will not notice a scent at all —we were confused over this since other reviews stated "it smells wonderful." However, when we re-read the item description it states "unscented" which is exactly what we got. So if you are getting this hoping for a scent, we advise you to stay away from this item and look for a different version from BISSELL instead. We do have a tea-cup dog but it (thankfully) never has accidents on our floors, so we cannot attest on the dog odor removal claim. Overall, while we liked this product we did not see any difference on our floors when compared to our usual floor cleaning solution. ... show more

I have carpet, hardwood, and rugs, plus an upholstery cleaner. It's nice to have one cleaner for all of these. It's really versatile and means I don't have to store 5 types of cleaners. It works well on all of my surfaces even with my 2 dogs!

We use our bissell cleaner all the time with our two dogs and toddler. I got this cleaner specifically for pet issues and accidents and have been really happy with it so far. The cleaner smells pretty good, just a fresh clean scent, and it cleans the stain as well as does a great job eliminating possible smells. It is easy to add to the machine and a little bit goes a long way so you don't go through the entire thing with only a few uses. I love this multipurpose solution for my crosswave. I have mostly hardwood floors in my home, as well as some laminate, ceramic tile, and vinyl. This solution is great because it can be used on all of those surfaces. I don’t have to worry about it not being safe for the wood or another floor. It does a great job of cleaning. This is the pet formula so if you have pets like I do and if they leave you surprises this will help with the odors associated with those. Would recommend this solution. ... show more

I've used various Bissell cleaning solutions and machines over the years and they make powerful stuff. I don't think anything beats it for floors. When we first moved to our current home, a couple of our cats had trouble getting used to the new place, so they’d have accidents on the carpet, rugs, and hardwood floors. I’ve gone over them with spray cleaners but there's still a lingering scent in a few spots. I've used this solution in a non-Bissell wet vac and followed up with some scrubbing and got a lot of the really impossible stains out. I also use this if one of them throws up. It's pretty effective. It's also pet-safe which is pretty important with how many animals we have running around. You just can't go wrong with Bissell. I have yet to be let down. ... show more
