    • My favorite belt for years
Size: 42-Inch Maximum Waist/Large Color: Graphite
This is my second belt from them. The first lasted over 10 years worn basically everyday but the nylon finally frayed and it would not stay tight anymore. I ordered a new one and it seems as good as the old one and I am looking forward to many more years. It can work loose over time but just one quick tug and your set for hours more. ... show more

    • Belt/buckle works well.
Size: 42-Inch Maximum Waist/Large Color: Coyote
I have been using the small width belt and small plastic buckle type for years. This one a little different, wider and metal different style buckle. I found it to be easy to use and I liked the change to wider and metal buckle. Of course, the belt holds well as they always have.

    • My Fourth Order of this Belt
I love these belts and this is the fourth one I've bought. I had black, charcoal gray, and olive. I wanted a brown shade and got this in the prairie color. The belt that came looks exactly the same color as shown on the web page. It will be great with brown or khaki color jeans and pants. I love these belts. In case you need to know: 38 MM WIDTH IS 1.5 INCHES WIDE. Actually it is 1.496 inches to be prexact. MADE IN THE USA! QUALITY NYLON WEBBING. ANODIZED AIRCRAFT GRADE ALUMINUM. I normally wear a 33 inch waist in my jeans and pants, and I normally buy 36 inch long leather belts. I ordered the medium length which is 38 inches long and that is what came. You need a little more length to accommodate thick shirts and sweaters. Note this is a light duty belt, not intended for tools, holsters, etc. hanging off it. There is a version that is double thickness for a duty belt. This nylon is about the same thickness as most nylon belts and about the same as my military belts. The width is greater than my other belts and it fills the loops of my jeans and chinos much better. This belt can be cinched a little tighter or a little looser when you need, something belts with holes don't offer. Oh yeah, you can cut it shorter and melt the cut nylon web with a butane lighter or torch to keep it from fraying if you want it shorter. Don't jump to the conclusion that this is for survival or for climbing or load bearing. It has a tag inside that says "not for climbing". While I'm sure it will support my weight easily, it does not have the reinforcements needed to guarantee that. I don't know why some people think this is for survival, nothing in the description indicates that. It would make a great tourniquet in an emergency. Could be used to wrap around something or someone. I'm sure that there are uses for it like any nylon or leather belt, but some reviewers have assumed (not from the description) that this is a survival tool! Not, it is a great belt. I love them and recommend them. ... show more

    • Wanted to love it, just kind of like it
Size: 38-Inch Maximum Waist/Medium Color: Black
I've had this for a couple years and use it regularly. I've modified the end (cut at 45° to facilitate threading it in the buckle) to make it easier to put on, but the real reason for the 3 star review is that it does not stay tight/snug. I am constantly adjusting it so that it does its job and stays tight. I think sharper "knurls" on the buckle would fix it - - and if it did, I'd be happy to give it 5 stars... ... show more

    • They run small.
Size: 38-Inch Maximum Waist/Medium Color: Graphite
I have a 36 inch waist.. I ordered the recommended size. I have about two inches of the tail To grasp when tightening the Belt. My suggestion would be If you have around a 36 waste. you would be wise to Order. the next larger size.

    • Great quality at a great price
Size: 46-Inch Maximum Waist/X-Large Color: Coyote
There isnt much more that you can ask for when you are paying 15 bucks. What you get is a quality buckle made from aluminum and a solid weave design belt that looks like it will last far longer than any other belt at this price range.

    • Good
Size: 46-Inch Maximum Waist/X-Large Color: Graphite
Don't get me wrong. I am a guy will a big belly small waist. It works really good. It does tend to slide a bit from all the pressure it is under so I do have to re tighten a few times. But overall damn good belt. In construction, durable so far and hell it is up for the task of holding up my 300lb belly. ... show more

    • Good belt with modification
Size: 38-Inch Maximum Waist/Medium Color: Black
Owning several of the heavy-duty versions of this belt, I thought I'd try this model. It is basically the same belt in a single layer, rather than double layer, design. It is considerable lighter duty as advertised. The lack of a Velcro holding system as is on the HD model is a lacking that needs addressing. The end of the belt flops around and the belt will sometimes slip loose at the buckle. So I bought some black Velcro from a fabric store, sewed it on, and have a very nice light duty belt. If you modify the belt, my advice is to buy it XL and cut it down as necessary. Singe the end of the nylon where cut and you have a belt perfectly fitted to your specifications. Use about 4" to 5" of the hook side of the Velcro on the end of the belt and 8" of the soft side of Velcro where the end loops over and touches the belt. Leave about 2" of soft side exposed in case you gain or lose weight. Everything will stay put then. ... show more
