This unit is basically an Android phone, barcode scanner and thermal printer all in one unit. The hardware integration is done well, although I wish it came with a hand strap to prevent accidental drops. It is a little slow to bootup (around 60 seconds) but I doubt anyone is going to shut it off at night - just plug it in to recharge and leave it running. To really get good use out of a product like this, you will need an Android app to tie it all together and hook into whatever warehouse system you use. That is not provided out of the box. So don't think you can buy this device and be productive without the right software to make it all work together. But if you have that software, then this device makes a LOT of sense. Currently I am pushing a cart around with a USB barcode scanner, US thermal printer and laptop all kludged together. I am hoping this will replace those. ... show more

Thi device has potential. It comes with very vague instrustions. It states support is avalible. I called Amazon that is where it stated the support was. I really wanted to get the information because the price was great, size wise even better and I could print too. I had. Oh I thought I had. Untill I was told by the Aazon supot rep to go to You Tube and watch the video for the instructions on how to properly insert the printer paper. Then when I asked about the SIM card the device keeps requesting that information was not mention in the description . I was told by the Amazon Support rep that she did not know about that and that information could be also found on the You Tube video. I set up a return. I expected intruction on how to use the device to be included. ... show more

It wasn’t very functional for us because we could not get any software compatible with our systems to operate a functional receipt. I wouldn’t recommend it also was very hard to turn all the way off.

This is my first handheld Receipt printer. I am not very familiar with using these at all and the instructions were not that good for me. I have figured a few things out and got it working somewhere. I think I need to spend more time and get further directions. Still learning how to use it, I think it will be good, but I need more information. ... show more

The back scanner screen fell off out of box. And it doesn't look the same. Paper is a challenge because when u get exact size the thing in the middle stops it from fitting. Also for sim, it would be nice to say it's not micro SIM. And it could've come with recommended software
