This unit is basically an Android phone, barcode scanner and thermal printer all in one unit. The hardware integration is done well, although I wish it came with a hand strap to prevent accidental drops. It is a little slow to bootup (around 60 seconds) but I doubt anyone is going to shut it off at night - just plug it in to recharge and leave it running. To really get good use out of a product like this, you will need an Android app to tie it all together and hook into whatever warehouse system you use. That is not provided out of the box. So don't think you can buy this device and be productive without the right software to make it all work together. But if you have that software, then this device makes a LOT of sense. Currently I am pushing a cart around with a USB barcode scanner, US thermal printer and laptop all kludged together. I am hoping this will replace those.

Regrettably, my experience with the Bisofice Handheld Receipt Printer has been a mixed bag, warranting a modest 3-star review. While the printer exhibits commendable portability and ease of use, significant compatibility issues have marred its overall performance. Connecting the printer to various devices has proven to be a cumbersome process, and it often struggles with maintaining a stable connection. This has led to frustration and delays, impacting the efficiency of my receipt printing tasks. Compounding the compatibility issues is the lackluster technical support from Bisofice. Attempts to resolve the connectivity problems through their support channels have been met with limited success. Response times have been sluggish, and the solutions provided were not as effective as expected. The lack of comprehensive assistance has left me feeling unsatisfied with the level of support provided, hindering my ability to fully optimize the functionality of the handheld printer. While the Bisofice Handheld Receipt Printer has its merits in terms of design and usability, the unresolved compatibility issues and subpar technical support prevent me from giving it a higher rating.

I ordered this to try it out with my ETSY business. The first thing I will say about this device is the instructions are sadly lacking. It talks about a sim card but it's not included, After that, there is no information on how to set it up or what app to download to use it as a receipt printer. I struggled with it for several days and finally figured it out. I finally, after trying to have support help me, received an email from the provider of the product on what to do. Why they don't have this information in the book with this device is beyond me. While this device works, I am rating it 2 out of 5 as to horrible instructions on how to get up and running with this device. It's still a work in progress.

This is my first handheld Receipt printer. I am not very familiar with using these at all and the instructions were not that good for me. I have figured a few things out and got it working somewhere. I think I need to spend more time and get further directions. Still learning how to use it, I think it will be good, but I need more information.

It wasn’t very functional for us because we could not get any software compatible with our systems to operate a functional receipt. I wouldn’t recommend it also was very hard to turn all the way off.

This is a good quality multifunctional receipt printer. The touchscreen works well. There are many features to learn and explore. The receipts print out clearly and quickly. This is perfect for small businesses that are often on the go.
